Apart from the B.Tech program, IIITDM Chennai offers a five-year Integrated program that awards the Dual degree of B.Tech +M.Tech. The Integrated programs are offered under five different specializations of Engineering. IIITDM Kancheepuram offers Ph.D. programs to the candidates seeking a research-oriented career. The Ph.D. programs are offered under various specializations.

- There are not much things to dislike about the college but the communication gap between north indian students and south indian students

To be eligible for this course, one has to write the JEE Mains exam and has to get a rank below 30,000 for a general canditate. For reserved categories, it might get upto 35,000. Also one more important eligibilty criteria is you have to get a minimum of 75% in boards in exam

The admission process was quite easy and all the documents needed are the crucial ones which you have almost.JEE exam is considered for cutoff and the course u choose depends on the cutoff.The only thing that needs to be improved is the place needs to be bigger where which they happen to have to admission process

- Campus is quite good. Laboratory complex is equipped with all kinds of labs required with good infrastructure. All the machinery is latest and works properly. Lab staff is friendly and learning environment in labs is great .
- Hostels are very good as compared to other government colleges. Nice infrastructure two boys hostel each of 14 floors and one girls hostel. Washing machines are available. 3 guest houses available for parents or family stay. Mess food is satisfactory
Dislikes
- Campus is a bit outside from city not so far but 30 minutes away.
Admission:
Cutoff of general category CSE With Major in Artificial intelligence is about 15000(closing rank) CRL for core CSE it is about 16000(closing rank) CRL. Admission process is simple after josaa or csab report to the institute physically with all the documents ready. A form need to be filled before reporting which is available on the college website and the documents to be arranged in the order mentioned in the admission brochure. Better to keep an extra copy of each document. Submit those and after some time you will be called and given your hostel room no and you will be provided your roll no and I'd card. It is quite easy and simple process no need to worry about that.

- Seniors are kind of good mentors and guide us .

- College is little bit strict in case of hostel and college intimes
- There are less no of college fests and overall college life in terms of fun is little less.

The admission process was the typical jossa format only and in Jee mains, you need to be under 40k rank to be eligible for this course. The admission process in college was smooth and there were no such difficulties. I come from a general background so I didn't get any reservations but reservations are available for the obc, NCL, and SC, ST students.

IIITDM Jabalpur may require applicants to take certain entrance exams, such as JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main) for undergraduate programs or GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) for postgraduate programs. Through JEE mains Through Josaa JEE mains difficulty level is high according to me some external coaching is necessary rather than regular colleges cut-off is around 30000 general rank online admission is better because it's confusing to enter the college with all these tensions

- as i am a telugu guy most of the people here are from ap and telangana it's good

- food sometimes is bad but we'll take pickles such kinda things to manage
- frequent power loss and ethernet loss so we cant use intenet
