RCBS has a brilliant faculty team. Most of them are IIT and IIM alumnus. The faculty members have done a lot of research work and the college gives a huge importance for the research work done by the faculties. Whereas some of the faculty members have a very good industrial experience thereby helps them to connect what's happening in the business world.

One of the main highlights of our course was our faculty members, who were dedicated to making something out of us and, more or less, they succeeded. Most of the students from our batch have already secured a job, while many of them even have multiple job offers. The teaching methodology was modern and advanced and included the usage of ppt to teach a lecture, while the guest lectures were equally crucial, as well.

We have a excellent teaching faculty. 96 percentage of our professors are PhD holders. They are master in their subjects. Many have done research in deep topics of subjects. Most of them have good teaching experience. Many have worked in many foreign universities.

Faculty is again descent. Most of the time they are available, if you want to ask something. But some of the faculty lack experience and some just do not create enough interest among students while teaching. But you can always learn on your own and ask whatever you want.
