No, a candidate can go for the selection process only once. It will be deemed as fraudulent activity if you try to appear more than once.

IMT Nagpur offers admission into General PGDM, PGDM (Marketing) and PGDM (Finance). Finance and Marketing programs are offered in dual specialization mode.

IMT Nagpur PGDM Eligibility

Candidates must have passed Graduation with 50% marks.
Also, they must have a valid score in either of these exams CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT.
Final year students can also apply for profile-based admission, provided they get to produce their original documents by the mentioned date for verification purposes.

IMT Nagpur PGDM Selection Criteria

Shortlisting is based on CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT score.
The shortlisted candidates have to further appear for Group Exercise & Personal Interview which depends upon the following parameters:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Business Affairs and General Awareness
- Domain Knowledge
- Future potential for employability
The final selection is done on the basis of Entrance Test score, Past Academic Record, performance in Group Exercise & Personal Interview, and work experience.

Key Points:

A merit list shall be drawn only after the interview round is over.
Candidates must carry their original documents for verification when they report to IMT Nagpur for the PI round.
For candidates applying on the basis of GMAT with pending scores, the processing of the application will be provisional. Candidates are required to submit their documents before a given deadline.
Selected candidates will be intimated regarding their status and details of further procedures of admission over email/SMS and also at their login ID.
They must complete their fee payment within the schedule, in order to confirm their admission.
There is a relaxation of 5% in CAT/XAT/GMAT percentages for Kashmiri migrants and Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (non-migrants) domiciled in the Kashmir Valley).

IMT Nagpur- Thriving in a Student-Run Environment

Admission:

Eligibility for this course is an undergraduate degree. Additionally one has to appear for an entrance exam like Cat, Xat or Cmat. For cat and xat a safe percentile is above 80 to get an interview call. For cmat one can target above 95 percentile. The application form is available online and one can apply either for all campuses of IMT through common application form or just IMT Nagpur. The form fee is around ?1000 to ?2000. The form is opened before cat exam and generally also re-opened before or after cat / xat results. One can expect form to reopen before CMAT exam as well. The admission process was smooth as it was online when i appeared for it. There was an essay test, a Statement of purpose and a personal interview with 2 panelists. The difficulty level can be increased for the interview. Otherwise they also conduct offline interviews now in various cities so there should not be a problem. One can also choose to visit the campus before taking admission and check first hand

Every College has some good points and some bad points. Good Points about IMT Nagpur 1) It is having experienced faculties. 2) It is having a large alumni base which eventually helps a student studying in the college. 3) It is having a 27 acres campus which helps a student to get good exposure and also helps him enjoy his college life. 4) It is a student-driven campus so there are many in-house activities going on on the campus which helps a student to get good exposure and good experience of his MBA. Admission Process It was a simple process I had an interview and a group task in March 2020 in Xaviers College Mumbai One of the main reasons I chose IMT Nagpur was because of the brand name it is having and also I was being awarded a scholarship of 65% of the whole piece which made me take this decision in this covid scenario.

Student Life at IMT Nagpur!

Admission:

I applied to IMT Nagpur through CAT. The admission process was similar to what other B-Schools are also doing. But instead of group discussion, we were given a group activity where students were divided into groups on the spot and were given a task to come up with a new business model for a certain product. We were also given some charts and sketch pens to work with so that we can present our idea in a better way. This activity was constantly being watched by the specialists.

I wanted to pursue my MBA in Marketing, and IMT Nagpur is considered a good college for the marketing industry also provides placements with a good package. To get admission to the college you have to clear two rounds of GD-PI. In GD there were 10 students and 2 panellists who evaluate you and after that, there is a PI round in which they ask generic questions that appealed more to common sense and some general knowledge questions.

The real scenario

Admission:

The good aspects of the college are the experienced faculty, course curriculum and library.
