The campus life is fun. There are a huge number of activities to do in college.
The campus is very beautiful. It is nestled on top of a hill with lush greenery all around.

Dislikes

Certain faculties are new and inexperienced.

Internships Opportunities:

The college provides placement support for summer internships. A decent number of companies visit the college, big names included and offer internships across multiple domains. The placement committee even grooms the students for the process.

Living and Learning at GIM

Campus life, as its the first time i have moved out of home and its a new experience for me.
Infrastructure its well equipped with wifi and latest technology we even have latest technology

This place is far from the main city so to get anything we have to travel sorm kms

Details about companies can't be provided its against the rules but we have 4 streams in pgdm core and there are many roles in different fields that come to recruit students there are many life projects given by the college there are also exchange programs and country emersion projects.

There are various companies such as GEP, ABC, Deloitte, Barclays coming to campus for internship placements. The roles offered are Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, Brand Manager, etc and the average stipend for internships is around the range of 65000 per month.

My batch saw stints at companies like Deloitte, ITC, Amazon, and startups in exciting roles like Marketing Intern, Business Analyst, and Project Manager Remember, your major, network, and proactiveness play a crucial role in securing the internship you desire. GIM's career services team provides excellent guidance and support throughout the process!

The infrastructure in the classrooms and the hostels and the auditoriums.
Campus and campus life, various events happen throughout the year.

Relative grading can make people really competitive and at times you might feel left alone
The mess food sometimes, there are days when all the good dishes are made together and some days when you need to go to the pay and eat canteen

All the placement and internship-related data is specified in detail on the college's website. That's the most authentic source. The college does present some really good opportunities but it is very limited considering the growing batch size.

An Overall Review of Goa of Institute of Management

The campus has good ammount of faculty with proper knowledge in the subjects they teach
The picturesque location of the campus, though little away from major cities the place has a unique beauty of it's own

Library has limited seats to occupy, which on the plan to extension

Many companies visits the campus for internship recruitment. Roles offered are management traine in various departments like marketing, operations, finance. Apart from these data science related internships roles comes for BDA students

Beyond the Campus Gates of GIM

Campus of GIM is the prettiest place to be at.
Inrastructure is good, the classrooms are well equipped and offer a comfortable learning experience.

There are no attached washrooms in the hostel rooms
The weather is either very hot (It is GOA, ofcourse it is) or it rains heavily

Many Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR and some Consultancy companies come to the campus for the Summer Internship Program. Students are given fair oppoortunities to sit for the process and secure their spots for the internships.

Overview of GIM , GOa

CAMPUS quality is really great and many beautiful views can be observed from campus
Sporting facilities are there , almost all kinds of sports court are there in campus which you think of playing

Cost to study is high , in 2023 batch almost 25 lakhs is the expenditure in 2 years
Located far from main city hence always have to rent a vehicle

Students in SIP are generally asked to work on live projects of the companies and hence can get a chance to contribute to the company work as well and students also get a chance to apply their knowledge to real-life business problems.

All you need to Know about GIM , GOA

GIM campus life - The campus life is just great in GIM as a lot of extra curricular activites are offered here which in real expand the horizons of the students , also these activities build a good networking enviroment as well.
Mess food - GIM's mess food literally breaks all kinds of streotypes of mess food , The mess food has a lot of variety along with healthy Gym food as well .

GIM fee is somewhat on a higher end according to me , I believe that it can be on a slight lower end .
As GIM campus is located on a remote location so access to regular market is somewhat difficult , we have to rent a vehcile from campus to access the local market .

In total, around 38 companies participated in the SIP program and an average stipend of 48000 per month, the highest of 1.28 Lakhs per month was offered in the 2021-23 batch. In SIP GIM students are given Live ongoing projects of the firm to work on and contribute in real-time problem solving of the firm. By working on Live projects students gain a practical glimpse of their work in a short duration of time and after submitting their project report, they can come back and prepare for the final placements accordingly.
