YCCE, It has Nagpur's one of the best campus. Having two big canteen with great taste. greenery is achieved with various plants and trees throughout the campus.All the departmental buildings are recently renovated.
Best infrastructure,YCAP -training programs,induction programs are best .

Dislikes

most of the laboratories has old equipments. timings of the college full 9pm to 5 pm .
summers are very difficult no proper working coolers,and lectures of 1st year completes by the end of May.Then exams in june very much tiring!

Placement Experience:

From the ending of third year students are eligible for campus placements. Name of companies which are visited YCCE for placements are Accenture, Infosys, TCS.almost students got internships and placements. after getting degree M.Tech or MBA can be the option

Likes

Education: The whole YCCE faculty mainly focuses on student's studies and their learning capabilities.
Internship: Internships are offered to eaxh and every student for experience as well as exploring all sorts of fields.

Dislikes

There are a few things to dislike but one of those is exam structure your exams go on every months sometimes it may be hectic.
Less holidays are given but that is for our betterment. Students need vacation for a good start and a better future.

Placement Experience:

Placements are done on a normal basis. Not many companies used to come here but now we can see a growth in companies coming at the college to hier a fresher. Some companies like Amazon,Cognizant, Accentuate, Infosys are a part of the YCCE family. The highest package may be of 20L and the minimum package may be of 2L (not so sure about the inputs). Students also get the advantage of preparation of their interview through the campus and the faculty really help in this.

College campus is nice. Students enjoy being in campus to have greenery. Also the campus is big enough
College curriculum and Lab practicals are good. One really gets to learn by doing things practically

Dislikes

Faculty is to strict sometimes with students such that it hampers one's internal marks.
Curriculum can be more improved for core branches.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, Students can start applying to placements if any company visits. During my time the Highest package was 10 LPA and the average was 4 LPA. Almost 70-80 percent of students get a place from all the branches. If one doesn't get placed he has to look after it by himself.

The campus life here is amazing .There are seperate buildings for all the departments.there are almost 2-3 canteens which are very good.also the faculty here is very good they take keen interest to each and every students
Also 2 mega events were conducted every year, which includes many cultural and technical events and it was truely amazing.they both are one of the biggest events all around the nagpur

Placement Experience:

From the very beginning of the 4th year all the students are eligible for the campus placements. Even there are peak recession in 2024 many mnc's visited to our college like accenture,camegimini,cognizant, hcl,tech Mahindra, sahaj software,LTI mindtree Mahindra and Mahindra,zoho corp,sagacious ip,burns and mcdonnels. The lowers and highest package provied was 3.5lpa and 18lpa respectively. Around 60 percent students got placed during the peak recession which is very good thing if you are willing to take admission to the college.

College infrastructure and environment is very friendly and natural. The complete campus area is filled with greenery.
College canteen is very good and provides us with spacious sitting area, delicious food and many more amenities.

Placement Experience:

All the eligible students are allowed to appear for campus recruitment in the 7th semester. Some of the conditions for appearing are that the student should not have any live backlog and the average CGPA should be above 6.75. Various companies like Accenture, Zoho, Capgemini, Wipro, JP Morgan, Amazon, TCS, P360, and many more visit campus recruitment. the highest package was given by Amazon of 24 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA and the minimum is 3.5 LPA. Almost 80 to 85 % of students are placed every year. While the others opt for off-campus or are mostly doing higher studies.

The behaviour of the staff towards the students is good. Teacher are good in their respective fields
The college provides with extra courses such as liberal learning courses which helps in complete development of students along with academics .

Dislikes

They do not promote sports and other cultural activities to some extent .
The training and placement cell can be more effective and efficient .

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college is average . Major companies coming for campus placement are Wipro,Accenture ,Infosys,etc. The average package for the on campus placement is 6 laks approx and the highest package was about 18 lakh from C.Tech department. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester.

I like the green infrastructure of the college provide a suitable environment for students along with nice view
College provide separate department for separate branch make them more efficient than other college

Dislikes

In college some faculty member have very less knowledge about the newer subjects and couse make them inefficient in certain feilds
Not have proper classroom for new branches and their is not sufficient classroom for 1st year new branches they have to change the classroom from period to period

Placement Experience:

So the college have 85 Percentage of placement happens the students can expect campus placement in the 7th semester the companies that visit the campus includes tcs accenture zoho amazon mahindra intel etc the average package in between 500000 to 600000 and the highest package has been of 2400000

THINKING OF TAKING ADMISSION IN YCCE?

The college is situated on a hilltop which gives you a good view from your classrooms
The college has good infrastructure and the library is good for having quality study time

Dislikes

The teachers and professors in the college are very old ad not at all helping and the interaction is also too low
The college does not encourage any sports or cultural activities and the college doesn't even have a ground

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester you are eligible for campus placement and internship. Around 10-15 companies visit every year in college and offers around 1000-1300 jobs every year. The highest package in college offered was 25Lpa and Least package was 2.5lpa and the average package is 3.4lpa . Only 40-45% get placed every year's. I am thinking of joining family business after college.

I loved the college library's quiet, focused atmosphere, the vast selection of books and resources, comfortable study spaces, helpful staff, and extended hours, which provided a perfect environment for both individual study and collaborative project.
There are various clubs and student chapters at the college. Students can join Dance, Literature, Poetry, Art, Drama, Sports, Coding, and other clubs in YCCE. Engaging in different extracurricular activities and events at the college is so much fun.

Dislikes

The College canteen doesn't provide hygienic food.
The students from all the branches are mixed together into a no. of batches for Campus recruitment training in 7th sem. In technical sessions, only coding languages are taught for the IT, CSE students and not the teachical knowledge of core Branches

Course Curriculum Overview:

The academic syllabus, teaching methods and curriculum are very much on point. Every semester there are 2 mid semester exams and an end semester exam. You get enough time for preparations. And the results are announced in a few days.

The exam structure of this college. It is very unique where you have 3 mid sems and u have to give any 2 out of these 3 as this allows if due to any reason u weren't able to appear for the mid sem then you get a chance.
Due to diverse events and activities you get to experience a lot of leadership roles where you can out shine and nurture yourself too.

Dislikes

The canteen is not recommended it is a big disappointment. The ambiance and infrastructure if for sure decent but not the variety and the food served.
The infrastructure of computer technology department is a thumbs down from me in summer but when monsoon comes the best department to be in is the computer technology.

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college is quite above average in this time of recession too. Only the people who lacked skills are not placed rest the right candidates who worked hard got placements pretty fast. The college is still trying for the onces unplaced to get them job even after them graduating. So it is safe to say college takes all efforts to get students placed.
