The fee structure is the same as other colleges and it should not be above the limit levied by govt. A fee hike is not certain but some time is around 10000 to 20000 annually. Certain scholarships are there and hostel assistance for economically backward students and have a lot of opportunities for campus jobs and internships with stipends.
80+ companies were visited for the campus jobs selection including all branches like electronics and telecommunication, information technology, computer science, mechanical, etc. Most of them had the first round as an Aptitude test followed by group discussion and personal interview. For scholarships, we needed to fill scholarship form and submit it to the college for benefit.
A plenty of companies come for campus placement. I got the job with 3.6 Lpa
There are many scholarships schemes available category wise, so please visit www.mahadbtmahait.gov.in for more information. There are different schemes for different categories which are OPEN, OBC/EBC, VJ/NT/SBC, SC/ST, J & K migrants. Note that, for spot admission or without CAP admission, no scholarships are applicable.
The scholarship is available for every student who belongs to backward category. The college has provided a separate department for these purposes. Also, the man who looks after these scholarships process is very helpful.
Scholarship options are available for students holding EBC. 30% students get scholarships. Loan facility is available through canara bank inside the college campus.
No scholarships offered by college no idea about the loan facility as I never availed one. But yeah if someone want he can definitely enquirer about it at the college office/admin office they do provide something if you really want.
