- The course will be done online, and they also provide good guides to help the students.
- I get companies like Wipro, Medtronic, and Infosys for internships and jobs, both offering a good stipend during the internship.

- It is expected that PhD students should not look for placements, but there are few cases where PhD students are placed in an R&D cell in some organization.
- The college fee for the CSE department is 315,000. For the other departments, it is slightly lower, and for the Sikkim people, it is significantly lowerÂapproximately half of our fee.

Placement Experience:
Placement value of the college are good in the last year many students from btech have been placed in Microsoft and many companies are come us to visit our college for hiring students like Amazon, Wipro, TCS and many other companies

- The environment for studies is very good as it is covered with mountains and helps one to concentrate in studies.
- Third thing which I liked was the environment surrounding the college which makes studying more concentrating.
Dislikes
- The campus is a bit small and have a few shops inside it.
- For any important needs one needs to get out of the campus which is again a bit far.
Placement Experience:
After 5th semester the students are eligible for campus placements opportunity. And the placement opportunity is above 95% . Various companies such as Dell, Infosys, Infotech, Wipro, Amazon, etc. come for placement and offer around 3.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs of packages to the students. The highest package offered for BCA students are 7 lakhs and average is 4.5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree is to get a join to get an experience and then pursue MBA or MCA.

- Dislike is the they did not help in finding internship
- The placement is not more than that every year
Placement Experience:
In 5th semester students are available for sitting in interview and the last 6th semester students become for placement. Tsc ion, byjus, kelvin & calin, lava mobile etc The highest package in the department 35 lac per ann 7.7 cgpa is must for every student for sitting in interviews Not yet but i think soon

- food quality was very bad they attract new student with best food and after admission the quality goes down
- many teachers are not well trained with there regarding subjects
Course Curriculum Overview:
IT department is one of the most demanding course in our college because it was having more job oppourtinities after cse department IT department exam is very easy comapared to other departments not extra coding like in cse

- Here Good Hostel Facilities are available.
- 24 hours electricity and water supplies.

- Little disliked the mess food and limited resources.

Everything is good atleast avarage , some faculty members are nice towards students now days some project based learning is going on and also the 1 year internship program is also applicable here . Timing of exam as usual .

- The faculties, the ambience, the learning atmosphere and the ways you are taught depending upon your caliber and you are free to involve yourself in any extra curriculum activities of your chocie without and coercive measures adopted by the universit
- The hostel and the facilities that are provided for the hostellers both boys and girls are really commendable and you get the treatment like home where you do not have any chnace of being homesick or other depression and anxiety issues.
Dislikes
- The number of exams and test that are conducted can be hectic sometimes and you feel you do not have time for yourself.
Placement Experience:
The students who are in the final semesters can opt for placement in the campus and if they wish to go for off-campus placement then also they are allowed. The companies that visit the university for placement are usually Dell, Microsoft, HDFC bank, Axis bank, ICICI bank, Sibin Ventures and other pharma companies where they place the students in the position as managers, assistant managers, engineers in different fields like electrical, mechanical, computer etc. The offers usually made range from 3lakhs PA to 15lakhs PA. The highest package received so far is 15 lakhs pa and the average can go from 5-8 lakhs pa. And the profiles they offer are engineers or managers in middle-level positions. The percentage of students getting placed can be 60-70%. After I get the degree I planned to opt for a reputable job and if not then I can continue for further studies and give my time and effort in sharpening my knowledge base.

Course Curriculum Overview:
If you are opting for private colleges due to circumstances always chose the CSE branch because it will be best for your future. Faculty: Student ratio is 1:25 to 30 so yes it's great. Each faculty member is greatly qualified and has more than 5 years of teaching experience. Exams are monthly basis and moderately hard but if you read the subject not so hard to pass.
Placement Experience:
In the 4th semester, students could appear for placement in the campus interview. At that time many companies has come in which the IT sector, Retail sector, and Automobile sector were prominent. At least 80% of the students were selected and for those who were not, most students had their businesses and goals. Like I was also selected for the Export House before completing my MBA.

After completing the course you can go for higher studies or you can go for industry. In smit campus placement starts in the 6th semester from 6th sem to 8th placements are going on. The average package is approximately 4 to 5 LPA The highest package in the 2023 batch until now is 14lpa
