Mumbai University curriculum is bit hard and thought. I really don't understand why they make so hard students to pass as being a student more than average exams are difficult for me. Exams are literally very tough for Mumbai University students

College being affilated to Mumbai University, has the syllabus of University. This syllabus has 6 modules for every subject and there are 5-6 subjects per semester. Now the University's syllabus is highly retarded. It contains same old subjects which may not have any use in today's world like Engineering Graphics, C programming. But the good thing is college has now become Autonomous, which gives college the independence to frame its own syllabus and exams. Now college promises to make a syllabus that makes the students industry and future ready. But yet no batches have been made Autonomous.
There are no such major differences between CS and IT departments as the course structure is very similar to both the departments except for a few subjects. Almost all companies accept students from both the departments for interviews.
But between these two colleges, you should choose KJ Somaiya College of Engineering as it will be a better choice and here are a few reasons.
