College management is pretty good they are always helpful.
The college used have its own canteen but it was recently closed due to intimation from fire and health department. So one needs to go to outside the campus for food. One can also go to the SPCE canteen or SPJIMR canteen in case you need a mess.
The overall experience from SARDAR PATEL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY is better than most colleges in Mumbai. It is one of the better colleges one can hope to do their engineering from. With the autonomy coming in, the college staff are continuously trying to make changes that will help their students even after they graduate from the college.
Sardar Patel institute of technology is one of the best engineering colleges in Mumbai and you should definitely consider it as one of your top choices. I have nothing but positive things to say about the college. You meet great people here, make some amazing friends who would be a part of this amazing journey with you. In the end i would say to enjoy your time over here.
Pros: 1. Really good infrastructure with Air Conditioned classrooms 2. Great Academic Curriculum including multiple extracurricular events. Cons: 1. Too less time allocated for the extra curricular events. 2. Too academic centric.
The College is very good. Ranked among best Engineering colleges in Mumbai and also all over Maharashtra. The campus is splendid with Bhavan's lake and great green Garden. The Campus has schools, colleges and even SPJIMR management College.
I think all I have written is enough and all I have to write about the college. Mainly would like a better examination system and better faculty. The college is rated amongst the best colleges in Mumbai but it is disappointing.
We have an state admission commission which have online process of registration. On successfully completed registration one can chosse list of college one wants to get admitted in along with desired course. Then the admission commission assigns college to every registered students according to merit. The assigned college is the one in which the gets the admission. Then the students have to visit the college in person for some paperwork.
I would tell you about the negative remarks of your clg.First of the no hostel facilty provided by our clg.second the clg faculty is lacking the teaching skills.Apart from this there is no problem which i could face and trust me there would be no beat clg in mumbai after vjti which is very recognised
The campus is very big and a very good place to explore nature and a beautiful lake is also there where people sit and enjoy. The toilets and washroom are kept clean daily. The canteen is little dirty and unhygienic.

The choice of institution depends on the candidate. His or her performance in the entrance exams, preference of subject, location, fees, etc. all depend on the individual. The placement percentage is similar in both colleges and same companies visit during the placement program. So, it completely depends on the student and his or her preferences.
