Remarks :

Pros: 1. Really good infrastructure with Air Conditioned classrooms 2. Great Academic Curriculum including multiple extracurricular events. Cons: 1. Too less time allocated for the extra curricular events. 2. Too academic centric.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Course Curriculum is up to the mark and is inspired from thr IIT's which asre one of the best academic Curriculum in thr country. The exam structure is as follows: 100 Marks divided as follows. 20 Marks (In Sem Evaluation) 20 Marks (Mid Sem Evaluation) 60 Marks (End Sem Evaluation)

Placement Experience :

The placements and Job opportunities are one of the best thing about the college. Yes the college does provide an internship opportunity since an 6 months internship is a compulsion in thr syllabus. The stipend is above to industry standards for undergraduate course.

College Events :

There are 4 major Events and few smaller events that are celebrated which are as follows 1. Tech Race: This is kind of a treasure hunt that occurs at generally in thr beginning of the year to cheer every one up. 2. TEDxSPIT: This is independently organised TED event by thr college which follows thr Tech Race 3. Oculus: Oculus is thr college's Techno-Cultural Fest that occurs every year in the month of January which includes all kind's of fun activities and Concerts. 4. Spoorthi: Spoorthi is the college's annual Sports fest that occurs right after Oculus.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is right there with most of the other colleges that provide an undergraduate course. The fee's is generally approved by the University of Mumbai and generally has a hike od 5-10% for every new upcoming batch.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college allows students with lower family income to apply to government provided scholarship scheme that usually refunds 25 to 50 or in some cases 100% of thr student's Tuition fees depending on his/her family income.

Campus Life :

The college has it's own Cricket, Volleyball and Cricket team which represents the college in multiple college and University level event's organised by different colleges or the University itself. If an award is won the team is then felicitated in the annual cultural event.

Alumni/Alumna :

There is usually no such space or a network for thr alumni but thr college usually hosts events for thr student alumni meet ups or Talks to help student understand better about how thr actual industry out there works.

Admission :

The Admission is purely merit based. 1. Fill up thr CAP allotment form through Director of Technical Education website. 2. Add in thr college as your preference 3. Wait for thr Allotment 4. Once Alloted freeze your alloted seat and visit the campus for payment of fees and confirming your admission.

Faculty :

Above average faculty. Tries hard to get the syllabus done until the end of the Semester. Hardworking faculty and usually designs their own Syllabus for their respective subjects. Also the faculty are fir when it comes to evaluation.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester itself. Last year a ton of companies visited the campus right from TCS, Infosys, and Accenture to ZS associates, Veritas, etc. There is a good opportunity for nontech branches also in the college, the package is not high but it is good. According to the college, almost 78% of students got the placements. The highest packages were 45 LPA Amazon, 44 LPA Microsoft, and 36.5 LPA D.E.Shaw. The majority of the placements above 12 LPA were off campus, few were on campus. My plans after getting a degree are to be placed in good company with a good package

Course Curriculum Overview:

All the students are given electives to choose and we also have the compulsory courses too, common for all. The electives could be chosen based on varied interests of students and are very engaging. The compulsory courses are chosen and kept very wisely and are essential for computer science and engineering students. The courses and evaluation plans are very well created and curated for students to be able to solve real world problems too later in professional and personal lives. There aren't much suggestions and areas to improve as of now. Exams and tests are conducted almost every two weeks. This keeps the students keen on learning and practicing all the while and doesn't let them slag in between the semester. The exams are monitored from the headquarters at Pune, and hence all is kept under check and maintained.

Placement Experience:

As our college provides placement on our Campuses the opportunity to grab placement is quite simple but not much as there is competition among 3 colleges, although the maximum students who get placed through campus placements, is around 60%.
