R V R & J C College of Engineering (Rayapati Venkata Rangarao & Jagarlamudi Chandramouli) is an engineering college in Guntur, offering Masters and Bachelors courses in engineering and technology. It is located in the west suburban region of Guntur City, India.
The college is affiliated to the Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. It is among the top 100 engineering colleges of India. The institute attracts companies that take campus interviews for the students.

I took EAPCET exam and I got rank of 4679 in the year 2021 the cutoff mark for Computer science is nearly 8000-9000. I have no reservation, I applied to this college during EAPCET college selection and I got admission in first phase.

- I like the faculty of RVR college in the way pf teaching the lessons of separate branches of B. Tech
- Training and placement of the college is very good

- Management of the placing students in administration of engineering is not stable.
- Lack of mass lecture is proved in classes.
Admission:
The admission process has two categories within the program of administration, as the main was merit category and the other is management category of admission into the college. The main cut off of administration into the college between 10000 to 15000 rank in EAMCET.

- The lab hours are very good and very informative and helps us to improve ourselves

- The college is somewhat strict compared to other colleges.
Admission:
The admission process is very simple and fast. To be eligible for this course, you should complete 12th class or inter with atleast 60 percent marks. The reservation benifits are the same as reservation benifits in eamcet exam.

- They wont send for outing in college times.
- Completion of semester within less time.but not a burden.
Admission:
There is no fee for application. The person who wants to join in our college must get their eamcet rank under 10k. As our education system is damaged by corona we are completing our semester in 3 months duration. They won't take additional charges also.

- At R.V.R& JC campus the first thing would any one notice is greenary and clean environment around the collage.
- The collage infrastructure is also very good

- As of all collages will be very far away from the city
- The bus fee seems much expensive than compared to others

As i have came through the eapcet and it is the easy way to get into the collage. First i want take cse often it has huge demand at everywhere the seats will filled up very fast. If you approch the collage campus to join the collage the office staff helps you

- Faculty and curriculum are pretty well for all branches with well structured and pre planned.

- Syllabus or subjects could be more upto date related to emerging technologies
- Cultural activities and arts classes could be provided more in a week days or weekends.
Admission:
You are eligible based on your entrance test rank for engineering in Andhra Pradesh State(Mine was 20k in Eamcet) and the percentage obtained in intermediate. The college provides physical application form at college during the admission day announced in their website. Exams are often pretty same for all 2 semester exams per year and 4 mid terms.

- The syllabus for CSE is not updated to the recent trends.

The student has to qualify in the AP eamcet with good rank and he/she has to apply for this college. He has chance for 3 counselling and the one who didn't qualify can get seat in categoryB and fee structure is different for them.

As RVR and JC one of the reputated college in Andhra Pradesh it need an effective rank to get seat .for OC we need to get below 5000 for CSE and below 12000 for computer science allied branches in the APEAPCET (AP Emcet)

- My college is full of greenary . It has a open auditorium . We have faculty who interact students very well . They treat us like their children . We have some dancing and singing clubs .We have one ITBI center for students.
- They are providing internships with stifund upto 15000/- .Our college is also providing poor and merit scholarship of 20000 for each student
Dislikes
- There are some staff members who does not have enough content to teach students .
- IEEE contests are not conducting on every week.

The persons who want to take my course just need to pass 12 th.Then they can take either entrance test or they can join by paying an amount 69400 every semester .If They take entrance test they must get a rank below 9000 for boys and below 12000 for girls

Actually i m from diploma so i write the entrance exam -ECET.The application process for ecet exam is at first we have to apply for the ecet application which is avilable in ecet portal in the browser. The fee for the ecet application is for oc& bc candidtes the amount is Rs 1200 /- & for the sc,st students the amount for ecet is 600. The cut for my college for the stream CSBS(computer science & business systems)is nearly 3000. the aspect i didnt like in the admissiom process caste reservation.
