Courses are designed as per the latest research areas in the industry and maintain Punjab university standards. I choose this course because the research facilities here is one of the best in India and student can get a chance to do their thesis project in CSIR as this college signed MOU with CSIR. The faculty-student ratio here is 1:4 which is good. And all the faculties here are highly qualified and the recruitment of faculty is done as per PU standards. In a semester here we have to give 3 exams, 2 MSTs, and 1 final semester exam. Questions are moderate level and to pass the exam one has to study hard. Questions are in descriptive type no MCQ in any exam.
I choose this course because I wanted to do good research work in the field of power semiconductors. This college has good equipment and helping staff, a green environment, nice playgrounds, a reading room, etc which makes it best for me. Faculty-to-student ratio 1:4. All faculties are having doctoral and postdoctoral qualifications. Three exams were conducted within a semester, two mid-term and one-semester exams. Mid-term exams are conducted within two months and semester exams within six months. The question paper comprises eight standard questions as per PU Standards.

For every 3 students, 1 faculty member is present here. Faculties are highly qualified and did their Ph.D. or postdoc from foreign universities or IITs. Papers are in descriptive type and one needs to read thoroughly to pass the exam.
The course curriculum was quite tough. The teachers are strict and the students are required to attend the classes regularly. We were given assignments to complete and also had to sit for exams regulalrly.
Well most of it was construction management, we had to study primarily the subjects of construction and implement theories in reality. It's not a course where you can get a leaway. The course encapsulates every formal aspect.
