Got good surroundings, canteen is good, lot of trees and nature, surrounded with cats and pets
Teachers are very professional and nice to everyone, assignments and lab work are done correctly, you get lot of practical work knowledge and site visits

Campus Life:

Every kind of festival is celebrated in the college and every department helps their own programs in which there are different types of activities and games with the theme respectively of the department, for example, will have the theme of buildings and roads, whereas students will have the theme of computers and coding Most of the books are available in the library. All you have to do is to make a library card. After that, whatever books that are required for your department are available in the library. In the classroom, there are smart projectors and high ventilation, windows, and ample amount of fans for efficient airflow. Every department also conducts sports competitions in which you have different types of games like football, cricket, tug of war, basketball, Badminton, etc. Clubs are also formed in college like space club, reading club, coding club, sports club, Bhajan club, etc.

The campus is amezing there is lot of space
The canteen is amezing and there are also many food services nearby

Dislikes

The school bus are not proper there are only 3 working school bus's
Lab facility's are poor very old gadgets are used

Campus Life:

There are many places to explore in the campus and the many opportunities to participate in sports events ani on filed activities the best part is that the seniors also supports you for taking part in various activities

The best college in Goa with some of the best teachers
Environment is very good as well as the campus

Dislikes

The infrastructure is old but they are trying to upgrade
Some teachers don't even know what they are teaching

Campus Life:

Yeah there are many big event there is spectrum where we call other colleges outside goa also to enter it also has big prize pools of 40k+ it has Goa's biggest libarary so yeah it's good We also have smart screens and wifi in every part of the dept There are many club activities present in the college

Getting Into College

The location of our campus is at hilly area which is in Ponda, Farmagudi. The view over here is excellent and talking about the campus its beautiful as it is surrounded by nature . The size of all the department is descent and very great place too.
The second thing i like is that is our library which is the second largest library in goa after goa University. So any one who needs latest books or wants to prepare for the exams and even for those who love reading stuffs .

Dislikes

The first thing i dislike is the syllabus, you are provided with the old regular portion . No latest technologies are thought. Its a like studying one day before exam and passing and no knowledge stuff that u need to survive in this era of ai
Second thing is practical knowledge. No one cares about your practicals here, you are just given the problem statement and u have start implementing it. We are never thought why is it important or how to improve it.

Campus Life:

Campus life is really great, the people in gec are quite friendly and u can easily make friends. The seniors in our college are really helpfull , they guide us in proper way as they have experience.there are multiple clubs like dance ,drama, coding, astronomy and even there is NCC

The college campus is really good. GEC has a different vibe all together.

Dislikes

Some basic facilities in hostels were not good. Also sometimes street lights did not use to work.

Campus Life:

Campus life in goa college of engineering is really fun. Campus is quite happening. Clubs in GEC are also really well formed to showcase your talent. Coders club,Astronomy club,Drama club are some of the exmples.

My college has best infrastructure in form of classrooms,labs etc
Great connect with companies which helps the students to get their placements.

Dislikes

My college needs to improve the sports and other activities.
my college needs to focus on good quality final year projects.

Our college is one of the best amongst Goa when it comes to cu curriculur activities. My college has different clubs such as music Club, Drama club , coders club etc. We have Many college fests organised annually such as Tandav, Happenings.

Campus Life:

Campus life is very chill and happening, no curfew time, we can enjoy the whole night, great technical festival like spectrum cultural festival like tandav so great life there we also have different clubs like music quiz astronomy debate and robotics

life at GEC

Placements are good for CS/IT , almost 70% people got placed even in this recession, packages range from 3-10Lpa
Less academic pressure so you can focus on ur other technical skills

Dislikes

Almost none opportunities for other than cs,it PPL wrt placements
Hostels are not that good , washrooms are not maintained properly being my reason not to stay at hostels

Campus Life:

Campus life is best at gec it is the highlight of this college , may it be event (tandav , happenings , spectrum , individual dept events ) , there is always something or the other going on in the college ,there are many clubs which u can be part of , infrastructure can be improved

The college campus and the way they have maintained it
All the events and the support from our principles

Dislikes

College canteen was not good. There were worms in the food the was being served.
Some of the teaching staff is not at good in their profession

Campus Life:

No one can deny that GEC campus is the best. The maintainence of the campus and specially during the rains, the greenery just looks so perfect. There are various animals present there and they are given proper food. The infrastructure is very well built and all the benches, fans, windows, projector, computers are in good condition. There are various hotels near by and also stationary in the campus. There's a ground for the students to play and gym for students fitness.

Campus Life:

there are lots of annual and technical festival like tandav spectrum and many more. they are held at the even sem. the library is the largest in the state.There are projectors for better teaching and understanding. There are lots of sports too.
