Placement Experience:

From 3 year some of the students become able to grab job.about 40+ companies visit the college.As i have heard from one of the teacher that highest package was 45 lakh p.a.The average package goes upto 4 to 5 lakh pa.

The placement cell of Uem Kolkata has constant strives to strengthens the industrial relationship. Some renowned companies are TCS, Wipro, Byjus, Infosys, Amazon,42 hertz. Every thing about my college is positive, disipline, academic, sports, extra activites, labs, projects every thing. Only thing that is not good is cantten facility, its a little bit costly for a student. Overall impression is very possitive.

Admission:

Up until now (i.e 2019 ) the admission process has been very similar. IEM gives admission to atudents based on an entrance exam. We have to sit for WBJEE Exam which takes place during 2nd last week of April. For sitting in WBJEE, we have to fill up its form which gets released by January 1st week. By securing good ranks, we get admission into IEM according to ranks into different streams.

Remarks:

I felt trapped as if I was locked inside a room with countless number of ways. We are thrown away if we get late to college for any reasons. We are not allowed to go out in between college hours an chick such.
