Various virtual internship offers are provided. Some of them are from tcs, aicte eduskills, internshala, etc. However students can get their own internship through their skills. Teachers too guide and help us with internship offers.

Placement Experience:

The college placement of Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management is really good. Last year our college the best package was around 10 LPA and the average package was around 4 LPA. More than 80 present students are placed last year.

Internships Opportunities:

The present scenario of the stipend offered is not known, but back from 2008 to 2012 the scope was pretty limited. We had to arrange for the internship on our own. So this was an area of major concern back in the day. I am sure after the takeover of the JIS group things might have improved.

Internships Opportunities:

Very Reputade companies come for placement on our campus. Like TCS Wipro IBM. The company are offered for internship us. The stipend is like 18000-22000/ Month. That is so much valuable in this situation. Very innovative projects were done there.

"It’s Greater Kolkata College of engg and mgmt. under JIS group is one of the best colleges around for students. Though my department of Mechanical Engineering is favorite for its labs, facilities, faculties and it is as good in other sections also. Certainly, our college provides adequate infrastructure and quality teaching of the faculty members here. The ME department of Gkcem is my favorite one in this college as students passing out as well existing ones make it big be it projects or getting jobs at reputed companies. "

Internships Opportunities:

Few such companies come to our college for an internship like Apollonius solution and many other companies visited in our college for internship and they give a stipend of 15k per month. College is situated in Kolkata is also a good thing to get an intern in off-campus mode and to get an intern you must comply DSA first for it sector it is very helpful.
