- WBJEE 2024 counselling registration and choice filling has been extended till July 21 for B.Tech admissions. The first round of allotment result will be published on July 23 at wbjeeb.nic.in.
- WB JELET result 2024 is expected in August. Ideal Institute of Engineering uses JELET scores for B.Tech Lateral Entry admissions.
- For M.Tech admissions, WB PGET exam has been conducted on July 6, the results are expected soon.

Ideal Institute of Engineering, established in 2010 is affiliated to MAKAUT, Kolkata and approved by AICTE. The mission of the institute is to provide higher technical education at the highest level, through the promotion of a world-class center of excellence in the fields of Engineering and Management which will lead to proper cultivation of the body. The college offers B.Tech courses in various disciplines at the undergraduate level. The college also offers Lateral Entry Admission to the B.Tech program. Rules regarding the payment of fees:
- Demand Draft / Pay Order / Online Payment are to be drawn in the favour of the Trust (Ideal Science & Research Welfare Hub) or Institute (Ideal Institute of Engineering)
- No money will be refunded except caution money when the student wants to leave the college
- Time schedule for all fees collection – within May for odd semester and November for even semester
- Expenses of Industrial Tour and Training have to be borne by students
- Placement Readiness Charges etc extra as actual basis, if applicable

Very good college with best teacher and a placement cell is also very good go for it for BTech and there is also Nursing from them just go for it faculty r very good Hod is behaviour is outstanding But if you tell folks you're a college student, folks are so impressed. You can be a student in anything and not have to know anything. Just say toxicology or marine biokinesis, and the person you're talking to will change the subject to himself. If this doesn't work, mention the neural synapses of embryonic pigeons.

- There all time some exam is happening and they are earning some extra money.
- Transportation fron station and bus stand is good.
Dislikes
- All time some job exam are happening so classes are not happening.
- Only the hod help you in all aspect not all the teacher.

There was no eligibility test. They just check your previous entrance exam ranking like wbje or jelet. I got to this after diploma so I just applied with my jelet rank and it was 9000. So I got there smoothly.

- Campus placement - Please do not hope for any placement you have to believe in you for the job
- College ground - The college ground is very small now it is even smaller because some new building are build there

When I took admission in 2022 I didn't appear for any entrance exam the only eligibility criteria for taking admission is you must have PCM in your 12th with at least 45% of the marks. If you fulfill this requirement you are good to go. Some small paperwork and admission fees your admission will be completed.

I was admitted to this college Before 3 years ago. The Year was 2018. All Jee main and WBJEE rankers can seek admission to this College. My experience is very smooth on the campus. Ideal Institute of Engineering provides lots of Campus drives in this current session of 2021-2022. The final year and pass-out students are eligible for these drives. The green campus is covered with pleasant natural beauty. All facilities are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They share their knowledge among the students as per their best. All non-teaching staff are behaving friendly with all the students. The cultural activities are increasing day by day. Cultural and Technical Fest are also held in this College every year.
Course Curriculum Overview:
This is the perfect place for college students. There are always various events going on every week and the coursework is rigorous. The university is quite diverse and will give you a better feel for people that come from different backgrounds and cultures. Classes are large, but there are plenty of resources available to help you succeed.

College management are very bad. Provided fake campusing for us and it repeat for every batch students. So, end of the final year students suffering for placement.

The course curriculum is very detailed and designed very well for all the engineering courses . For civil field we have building and construction related concepts. The exams are nt at all burdening and the labs are also very good.

College neglecting about this valuable training for our future. Faculties are very good, well educated and helpful. But college management is very bad and rough behaved people.
