The college has a very good location of campus and can be easily reached.
The teaching staff is good and will do everything they can to help you in anything you need, atleast most of them.

Dislikes

The fests and functions held here are very less.
Most of the teachers lack experience when it comes to teaching.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

I got into the college through KCET exam so I pay a yearly fees of Rs. 1,00,000 which comes to a total of around Rs. 4,00,000 to Rs. 4,20,000 including all the tution, caution, labs, development and admission fees. For my friends who came through management quota to CS course they need to pay a fees of Rs. 4,00,000 to Rs. 5,00,000 which comes to a total of Rs. 16,00,000 or Rs. 20,00,000. There are many scholarships which are provided by the college but I haven't applied any so I have very little idea about it.

Life at CMRIT

I like the infrastructure . The campus is around 7 acres and they managed to fit all the emminities in that space
I like the crowd. Many people think its bad but its the other way around

Dislikes

I dont like how there are some subjects that dont make sense at all like environment studies and stuff

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

So I opted for cmrit and got a management seat over there . The fee through management is 5lakhs but throught KCET its just 1lakh . Totally through managment the fee for 4 yrs would be around 20 lakhs. I have not applied to any scholarships throughtout the course

Infrastructure- At the beginning you might feel like it’s not that great and then you get used to it and start liking it.
Events: A lot of events happen every now and then which gives everyone something to do other than just studying

Dislikes

Vtu curriculum: Since this college comes under vtu ,the syllabus is very hectic and gives less time to focus on building practical and technical skills

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Students who secure admission through will have to pay around 70k. Snq quota people can get a seat for 50k and other reservations might have lower fee structures as well. Through comedk the fee will be around 1l-2l.Direct admissions will cost around 2-4lakhs depending on the course you are opting. The given would be the approximate fee excluding lab fees, and all other college fees.There are lots of scholarships as well, the details might be provided by the college faculties or you can research from some verified websites regarding that.

The security gards of Chikka muniyappa institute of technology are good and advisible

Dislikes

The way of their conducting the internal exams are very harder

The size of the auditorium is small compared to the strength of the students
The campus is not so big and the parking facility

The fees structure is of three types in our college First is through the kcet it is arround 1 lakh 30 thousand and the second is through the comedy it varies on the rank you got andbthe last one is through the management quota which is nearly between 3-7 lakhs

Yearly I'm paying one lakh thirty thousand rupees.I have taken admission in this college through Kcet,it varies for other students who were joined through comedk and many students in our college are joined through management which is nearly 3 lakh per year.It may varry on some circumstances like influence from other politician or some other members who are influenced in the society

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Admission is taken in CMRIT in three ways: KCET, COMEDK, and management quota. The fee for KCET is approximately 90,000 rupees and they also receive a scholarship, although I don't know how much it is. The fee for COMEDK is 240,000 rupees and I think it is 600,000 rupees for management quota in the CSE branch. They also charge an exam fee of 1,620 rupees per semester by VTU.

I liked about the campus environment and activities ar cool
The sports activities are good and college services are good

Dislikes

Accomodation and hostels are good but not worthful
Too strict campus to survive and we can live by it

College fees the collect is 28000 and government is about 97000 we are hoping for a good placement after all our expenditure and scholarships are very less and we can say is to complete the course with stay and living i need 10 lakhs overall

My college has two basketball courts,as a national player I am writing this on the top. Though we don't have any coach but we have very good senior and help us to grow more in game .
Faculty of some subject is very good and explain the concept very well .You can approach them anytime and ask your doubts. They never denies to help.

Dislikes

Some teachers are strict with attendance and you need to maintain attendance for that particular subject.
Not a very big campus and have only one yearly cultural fest

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

If you are coming from management you have pay 6,00,000 per year .For Comedk students,it's 2,93,000 per year for KCET students its lowest probably 1,93,000 per year. You can access various scholarships from government of Karnataka.

Vtu does not focus on real time subjects rather the bird focus on particular knowledge

Scholarship is provided for Karnataka students based on caste and income and college always give you the stupend related internships and also gives you insight about the placements the complete cost of your course through cet per year is approx 1 lakh 20k
