Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have passed the two years Pre-University Examination (Science) conducted by Karnataka State Pre-University Board or 10 + 2 School Programme of the Central Board (CBSE / ICSE) New Delhi with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subjects and English as a subject of study or those who have passed any other examinations recognized by the VTU as equivalent there to. Minimum aggregate of 45% of marks is required from PCM to seek admission to Engineering Courses.

Dislikes
- BNMIT has a average infrastructure. I feel it could be more spacious and good as compared to other colleges in the city. Though all the facilities are provided by the college like labs, classes, toilets, seminar halls, auditorium, lifts, canteen etc.
- BNMIT is very strict with their rules and regulations, specific dress code must me followed and you have to decrease using mobile phones in the campus. Classes are conducted for more than 6 hours which is exhausting.But they complete syllabus on time
Fees and Financial Aid:
There are diffrent students from kcet, comedk, management, diploma etc... Scholorships are provided to students. Management also guides financially. Good career opportunites are provided and placememnt cells guides us throughout our journey.

Dislikes
- Very small campus size so you will not enjoy campus life.
- Hostel is not in campus that you will not get that college type feeling what you want to be.

The fee is much high for non-Karnataka students, it should be less. For Karnataka, it is only 85000/yr and for non-Karnataka, it is 251000/yr. There are many scholarships for poor students for pwd also. Many companies visit our campus for placement like Amazon, Microsoft, Bosch, TCS etc.

The fee structure is pretty simple u have to pay the annual fees accordingly the criteria of which is the way of admission as for me I got admitted through comedk so my fees are around 2.5lakh per year which includes 2 semesters

Fees are a little bit higher compared to a student who is taken admission through kcet. A loan facility is available in our college. If you have a scored of more than 80% in PUC/12th then you can apply for a government scholarship.

I had availed admission through my KCET rank and the fee structure remained fixed for the entire course. I had also availed a scholarship of Rs 10,000/- in my first semester for encouraging academic performance.

The faculties in the college are very good and the teaching of the teachers are very good. The placement department is also very good and the very good companies come to college for placements.They complete the whole syllabus before the allotted time and do the revision also.

Course curriculum purely depends on VTU syllabus, It is not upto date, Industrial exposure was descent, faculties are very supportive and empathetic. One of the good faculties are Jyothi ma'am and Veena ma'am, they are active and always ready to support students in their projects

The Academic facilities are really good with all the teachers putting in a lot of hard work to make us understand hard things and also ready to help us beyond their call of duty. We have a spacious library with a good collection of books. All the faculties at our college are knowledgeable and many are accredited with PhD's which is a major factor
