Achariya College of Engineering Technology Pondicherry Faculty

The college, being newly opened, has experienced frequent staff changes, including a replacement of faculty after the first year due to leadership changes. Faculty members have 2-3 years of teaching experience and are committed to student benefit, delivering excellent training and maintaining a responsive and interactive teaching approach. There are 15 teaching staff with MTech and PhD qualifications, 4 non-teaching staff with degrees, lab assistants with degrees, and 1 head of department with more than 3 degrees per department.

Classes are taught in both English and Tamil for better student comprehension. Faculty-student relationships are generally friendly, supportive, and encouraging, although some faculty members have been noted for their harsh demeanor. The academic program consists of 8 semesters, with a high difficulty level in exams.
