One year internship is mandatory to complete for the MBBS degree. You have to work really hard at your internship. No companies offer it. It is rather attached a service to lok nayak hospital associated with MAMC. There no projects as separate but you can join the running lecturs and other more interesting opportunities that comes to the college.

The college provides a mandatory intership for every student in last 1 year of 5.5 years long course. In that year you have to work in every department in hospital (lok nayak hospital -urban and Rao Tula Ram hospital - rural). Stipend would be 25000/month (approx)

The internship is offered for 1 year and is mandatory after completing 4.5 years. The schedule is hectic but prepares us well for our upcoming jobs as physicians and surgeons. The stipend is also good for the internship.

We have internship opportunities in our own college which consist of 1 year of medical clinic exposure in LOK NAYAK HOSPITAL which is associated with MAMC. We are taught how to deal with patients and solve their problems. Sample collection, interpreting lab reports and other important and basic medical skills are taught and we are graded on our performance in the same.

You can work in various private hospitals like BLK-MAX, and APOLLO in Delhi itself. Or you can prepare for NeXT/NEET PG for admission in M.D./M.S. to further brighten your career. MBBS is an ever-evolving field, for which you have to keep yourselves updated regularly.
According to the reviews online by the students of these colleges, here’s what the ranking seems to be like:
Therefore it is suggested you either go for KGMU or MAMC, as they will provide you with the required exposure and opportunities.
I will try to answer your query and provide some additional information.
After the top most colleges- AIIMS, PGI, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SGPGI, these are the colleges you should try for- Medical colleges in Delhi are the best choice. Out of these, MAMC is the most desirable. It is followed by VMMC, LHMC and UCMS. Then come the medical colleges in Mumbai. KEM is a top medical college, followed by Sion and Grant. Colleges of Kerala and Madras are at par with one another. But Madras Medical College is the best among these. AFMC and CMC Vellore are great for patients, but not so much for the students.
Thus, MAMC is a great choice. I do not possess much knowledge of KGMU and IMS BHU, so I haven’t talked about them.
