  • POOR LIVING CONDITIONS: The restrooms are sometimes not cleaned for weeks.

Course Curriculum Overview :

MBBS is a course which has a lot of scope and future in upcoming time. There is no need to look for jobs as hospitals are always recruiting doctors. Faculty in each department is around 15 persons, hence the faculty: student ratio is 15:250 which is 3:50. For every 50 students there are three faculty members. The faculty is top-tier level, with some themselves being passed out of MAMC and other colleges. Term exams are twice a year and there are sent-ups also so three term exams. It is a bit difficult but with everyone, you don't lose hope.

Internships Opportunities :

You can work in various private hospitals like BLK-MAX, and APOLLO in Delhi itself. Or you can prepare for NeXT/NEET PG for admission in M.D./M.S. to further brighten your career. MBBS is an ever-evolving field, for which you have to keep yourselves updated regularly.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is a fee hike policy in the college. The cost of studying is moderate as the college fees' is not that much high but the books are a bit expensive. Students usually buy an iPad for all their learning needs as it's not easy to carry 4000-page-long books.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of MAMC is known as SYNAPSE (from the junction of two neurons). The fest is conducted once a year with no fixed month but usually happens at the end of the year (post-COVID). Books and journals are available at the library but the library is only open during college hours. Classrooms have projectors and centralised air conditioning. Sports competitions do take place (intra-college and inter-college). MAMC has various sports teams like cricket, basketball, football, and volleyball. A union named Azad Medicos Association or AMA for short is run completely by the students.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility has its own pros and cons. Like pro is you don't have to take permission to get out of the hostel at any time. CONS being that the buildings are built for a long time with little to no renovation, washrooms and corridors being dirty. A lot of dogs in the hostel, which pee and defecate in the same hallway. Food quality is really good and the hostel allocation is completely done on the basis of distance of your address from the hostel.

Admission :

The admission is done on the basis of result/seat allotment from the counselling conducted by the MCC(Medical Counselling Committee). All India Rank determines whether you will be getting admission or not. Firstly, you appear for NEET(National Entrance cum Eligibility Test). Then, you register yourself on the MCC portal and then do counselling. Post counselling you visit the college for document verification after which you are provisionally admitted to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor. My parents also wanted me to be a doctor. That's why I chose this profession. I don't think any change in curriculum is needed. The frequency is also fine enough to get you engaged all year in your academics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had biology in my 12th class, and I hated maths so the only well option in this field was to go to doctors. Each department has more than 27 facilities, which are subdivided for the students, so each group of 10 students can have 1 teacher. Faculties are renowned doctors, which have done some amazing work in their respective fields. There are 2 term exams and 1 sent-up examination which occurs every 2-3 months. And yes sometimes it becomes very hard to pass exams. Only late-nighters have saved most of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS course is of 4.5 years of duration along with 1 year of internship. The faculty of MAMC is very helpful. The professors are very helpful they will teach you in an easy manner so that you can grasp the concept. Many professors have authored standard textbooks which are used across the country. The average faculty: student ratio is 1:20. Usually, there are 2 to 3 monthly tests and 2 term examinations followed by a professional examination at the end of the year. This exam is quite tough, and so is the course but in the end, your efforts are gonna pay off.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor that's why i chose MBBS. Faculty number is very high in the college. We have HODs, professors, assistant professor, associat professor, senior residents, PG student and junior residents in our teaching team. All the teachers are qualified doctors ( MBBS, MD/MS). Theory teaching is through PowerPoint presentations in class and practical are done in labs with every sort of instrument needed. We have 2 term exams, once every 3-4 months then final exams held by college and finally the professional exams conducted by the university at the end of year. Exams are of moderate level, everything comes from the course which we were taught and we are able to answer all the questions nicely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The thing with being in the best medical institute in the country is that the internal exams here aren't as breezy as compared to some other places. We are expected to have a certain standard of knowledge at all times. And that's a totally justified and beneficial thing. There are 3 professionals in all. Each semester, there is a mid semester and end semester exam.

After 4.5 years if your MBBS course you have to take a learning experience with your elder doctors or your representation. You have many options to do jobs if you want to continue your studies for MD/MS so you can opt for gov MBBS doctor in your own colleges otherwise you can also keep continuing you doctorate experience from the same college that they provided. Almost 90% to 100% of students were selected in the same college or in another top hospital in India.
