There are 3 quota students in college.Tuition fees for these are-
1. Government quota- there are approx 100 seats under this category.fees is 1,51,000 and invreasing following years. Students with karnataka domicile come under this category.
2. Merit/private quota- rest seats are under this and management quota and fee is 9,81,000 for our batch and increasing following years.Non-karnataka students with above cutoff marks comes under this category.
3. Management quota- fees for this quota is variable depending on rank ,maybe approx 20 lakhs to 50 lakhs per annum.

I am doing my medical at ssims davangere, it is private college. Fee ranges from 189000per yr( gov seat) to more than 25 lakh per yr for management seat. I got semi private seat allotted through kea, my fees is 10 lakh per yr and i stay in hostel it's fee is 45000 per year . Total my 5 year course fee can go up to 50 lakh. Medical students get scholarship worth 60000 yearly given by state government.

Ssims is best college in the karanataka state the chairman of the institute is best and he is best sir I have never seen here very safey and girls are also have best hostels and boys also have best hostel facilities

- For anatomy there are sufficient number of cadaveric specimens for exam and dialy studying. A very huge advantage not found in all colleges

The year wise fees for the general merit seat for the year 2023-24 is 1.48 lakh. There is no increase in that amount throughout the course.
An additional 45,000 fees was collected as miscellaneous fees for the college since it's a private college.
For a private seat it starts at ~ 12 lakh/pa
