Internship is provided in every medical college in the final year of the course. It is necessary to attend every day. Government colleges pay the interns while the private colleges do not pay as much. Many skills are learnt during internship and certificate is also provided.

In the final year college provide internship opportunity to students to meet the requirements all the students have to pass all their subjects. The internship is provided in their hospital with a stipend. For completing the internship they gave certificates of experience and we worked in patients' wards checking their vitals every hour.
If you want to seek job from the college campus you really need to be very good with your studies and in overall academic performance. Getting jobs from the campus is very tough as very hospitals comes here. Internships are the necessary part of the syllabus
The college has a hospital of its own where the students after their course completion join for internship for 1 year. They receive around 2,000 per month for the internship course. Though there are no placement opportunities here.
Students take one year of compulsory internship. The stipend they receive varies. Upon completion, their Master recommends that they do their particular field of study to give them more exposure to the subject.
At the end of last year the college used to organise placements where several medical institutes, nursing homes, hospitals used to interview us. The college had its own hospital where we need to fill an entrance form and clear the exam to get a job there. All the teachers recommended to study further for the MD to have a better scope in medicine.
The college provides internship opportunity to every student which is by the way compulsory. The internship is basically provided in the departments of attached hospitals. Some of them give stipend while some are unpaid.
As our college was an institute cum hospital. We found internships offers from our college hospital. We worked as a junior doctors under the umbrella of senior experienced jobs. Salary was based on the govt guidelines
Right now as its just a start, i dont have much idea about it. But internship is there for 1 year where we have to treat patients everyday in respected timings given. No stipend is given for the intership we do in our college.
Placement is provided to good academic holders in corporate hospitals and clinics.Internship is mandatory for each of us to intensify our skills and knowledge in real life situation.We are allowed to intern in our college's owned hospital.
