MAHE Manipal BTech CSE fees total ₹24.42 lakh for the four-year 2026-27 General-category batch. KMC MBBS is ₹71,00,500 under its course fee structure. Both include a refundable ₹10,000 caution deposit and exclude hostel and mess. Fees for the 2027 intake are awaited.

MIT Manipal BTech Fees 2026–27

The 2026–27 General category schedule groups regular four-year BTech branches at three total fee levels. Each total includes tuition, other course fees and a refundable ₹10,000 caution deposit. Lateral entry and international dual-degree programmes have separate fee periods and are not part of these four-year amounts.

The CSE first instalment is ₹6.18 lakh: ₹3.76 lakh tuition, ₹2.32 lakh other course fees and a ₹10,000 deposit. The remaining three yearly instalments add to ₹18.24 lakh.

The amounts below cover the full course. Most include a refundable ₹10,000 deposit; TAPMI MBA and IPM include ₹40,000. TAPMI MBA Banking and Financial Services also requires ₹70,000 for training with SBI and BSE, in addition to its first instalment.

What Is Paid Before Joining?

The first instalment is due at admission and includes the applicable first-year fees and caution deposit. Branches have different payment amounts. Hostel booking is separate.

The MAHE application charge is ₹800 for the General category. A MAHE entrance test adds ₹1,200 for applicable programmes. These application payments are separate from the course amounts above. Medical applicants also pay NEET and counselling charges to the relevant authorities under their rules.

The online MBA is ₹2.92 lakh for 24 months. TAPMI Manipal campus MBA is ₹19.96 lakh for the 2026-27 batch.

Manipal Hostel and Mess Fees 2026

For the first year in 2026, MIT hostel totals range from ₹1,27,500 for a non-AC triple room to ₹1,92,000 for a double AC room. At the health-sciences campus, a non-AC double room is ₹1,48,500 and AC double options are about ₹1,95,000-1,97,000. These include hostel facilities, a refundable deposit, the ₹62,000 mess advance and electricity advance where applicable.

Room eligibility and availability depend on the course and hostel. Mess membership is compulsory for first-year UG hostel residents.

BTech and Medical Scholarships

Under MAHE’s 2026 BTech scholarship rules, Freeship can waive the course fee, while Scholar and Achiever each give a 20% course-fee waiver. Freeship and Scholar seats together are limited to 5% of the General category intake in each branch. Achiever seats form another 5% and start from the second year, based on annual academic performance. The initial fee must still be paid before MAHE verifies and processes an eligible award.

The 2026 Freeship and Scholar rules require at least 80% in the stated Class 12 science subjects and at least 8 CGPA with no backlogs after the first semester. Renewal also needs at least 8 CGPA. Even a Freeship student pays a minimum ₹10,000 course fee each year, plus the refundable deposit and personal expenses. These are 2026 scholarship conditions; MAHE has not confirmed the 2027 award terms.

For KMC MBBS and MCODS BDS, the 2026 Kalam-Pai, Freeship and Scholar awards depend on NEET rank and limited seats. Kalam-Pai includes full programme and hostel fee support. Students pay the first-year programme fee before the award is processed after counselling. The 2027 terms are awaited.
