A new age of learning (RGUKT - Basar )

Faculty:

In the department of metallurgical Engineering we used to have around 7 lecturers who has expertise in different areas. Most of them were young faculty with age below 30.Among them Three faculty had Ph.D and rest we're M. Tech graduates all of them we're from IITs. 3 professor had worked in abroad for more than 5 years.

Faculty:

daily they have 4 lectures. average age is 40. average qualification is assistant professor. Yes, lectures have the industry-experience and certificates related articles publications. They have the knowledge on what they are teaching but they will not explain everything. Only if you ask intentionally they will tell.

The faculty is good enough to teach. There is a mandatory feedback after completion of each semester on faculty. Most of the faculties graduated from IITs. Some of the faculties did their graduation and post graduation in foreign.

Rural Revolution- RGUKT Basar

There were seven lectures. Most of them were under 30 age. All of them were from IITs be it pg or ph.d. three of them has phd and rest has M. Tech. Facilities has industry experience some of them have worked abroad as well.The good number of faculty ensures proper teaching methods.

Many of the faculties are post graduates from IIT's, NIT's and IIIT's.They are inexperienced in teaching but most of them have very good knowledge about the subject.Most of the lab technician's have minimum knowledge about the lab equipment.But self learning is the basic idea of RGUKT - Learning by doing.
