Jagran Lakecity University (JLU), Bhopal is a private university established in the year 2013. At present, the university is offering various UG, PG and M.Phil & Ph.D. courses along with Diploma and PG Diploma in the field of Engineering, Management, Law, Education, Arts, Commerce and Physical Education. The application form can be filled online or can be obtained from the admission office of the Jagran Lakecity University (JLU), Bhopal.

- B.Tech admission is based on a good score in JEE Main followed by an interview conducted by the university for the shortlisted candidates.
- CLAT/ LSAT/JLU Law Entrance Exam score is acceptable for BA-LL.B, BBA-LL.B and LL.M courses.
- MBA admission to both Regular and Evening modes is offered as per candidates’ score in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ JLU Online Entrance Exam conducted on All India basis.
- GATE score is mandatory for admission to M.Tech program.
- For remaining UG and PG courses, the admission committee shortlists the candidates for an interview round after reviewing their applications.
- For some courses, if required, JLU conducts its own entrance test named as ‘JLU Entrance Test’ to grant admission.
- JLU, Bhopal also offers admission to Ph.D. programs. Master degree holders in the related subject can apply for admission. Selection is subject to JLU-based entrance or any other equivalent examination followed by an interview.

JLU, Bhopal UG Admission 2024: BA, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, BMS, B.Com, B.Ed & LL.B
JLU offers BCA, BA, B.Sc, LL.B, B.Com, BMS, BBA courses in different streams along with Diploma. The minimum eligibility for the UG courses except for B.Ed is at least 50% marks in 10+2 in the cognate subject group from recognized board. For B.Ed course, any Bachelor’s degree is sufficient.
Admission is entirely merit-based. After application submission, JLU admission reviews the same and call the selected students for an interview round to be conducted at the university campus. For LL.B and Integrated LL.B courses, CLAT/ LSAT score is acceptable, but university can also ask for JLU Entrance (if required).

At the UG level, JLU also offers B.Tech course in full-time mode for the duration of four years. 10+2 with PCM with 50% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.

JLU, Bhopal PG Admission 2024: M.Tech, MBA, MCA, MA & LL.M
At the postgraduate level, JLU, Bhopal offers M.Tech, MBA, MCA, MA and LL.M courses in various discipline. BE/ B.Tech in the relevant discipline with 50% marks in aggregate is the desired eligibility criteria for admission to M.Tech program. For other PG courses, a related Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
M.Tech/ LL.M and MBA admission is subject a good score in GATE/ LSAT and CAT entrance examinations respectively. For admission to other courses, the candidates need to appear in an interview round conducted by the university.

JLU, Bhopal Application Process 2024
Candidates can obtain the form offline directly from the university office or can apply online by visiting the official website of the university. The fee for admission form is INR 1100. Fees for online applications can be submitted through Credit/ Debit cards or Net Banking.
For the offline forms, the fee has to be submitted in cash. After the submission of the form, it will be processed within 5 working days. Photocopy of self-attested mark sheet of last passed examination must be attached with the form.

Note: After receiving the application, the admission committee of JLU processes the application form. It takes 7 working days for the committee to shortlist the candidates for further interview round.

- Fee structure and hostel fee is quite high.
- No such bad thing is there about this college

Direct admission is provided by the college on the basis of your 12th percentage application form is available online and you can pay application fees online as well no such reservation benefits are available as per my knowledge end sems happen every 5 to 6 month with moderate difficulty no such improvement needs to be done in admission process
Dislikes
- For it themselves . Hostel and mess charges have also increased and it has become quite expenses which is not feasible to everyone needs
Admission:
Grade 12th marks and the marks of competitive exams is what matters the most and these are the ones which can help you to even to even get an academic scholarship of you have good grades then only . If not , sports scholarships can be also tried and given a chance for admission

- Campus is amazing, cool environment, calm space for working
- Great environment over all, constant activities in clubs, active participation and lots of events and fun

- Conditions of placements is not good. Sometimes you get a placement other times you dont.

The admission process was pretty easy. I was given admission based on my percentages however they've also launched their scholarship admission test providing an opportunity for extra scholarships. Application form was there on the website of University.

- The opportunities given at JLU are really too many.. It's a great college to form networks as it organizes various conferences.
- Lots of events are organized every month, and the environment is very exciting
Dislikes
- Faculties of some department are not good, and even after taking feedbacks, the authorities hardly take any action.
- The books in the library contains older edition.

The admission process was very smooth. There is a personal interview round where the subject expert will take your interview regarding the knowledge of the subject and why you want to do this course.. That's an easy one, for which you don't need to prepare as such.

My admission was conducted threw an interview by hod of school of engineering and technology JLU the application fee was 1500 rs no reservation was given because I belong to general category question related 12th physics and basic maths were asked during interview

12 per cent will be more than 50% and above. The application form was given by the college and 100 was the amount of the fee. I will receive 15% of my fess amount because of reservation benefits but the exam fees were charged during exam time

Students need a minimum of 70% marks in the 12th standard and clear the GDPI round in that. It was a good process seamless with the college and a better experience for me. Placements could be better and internship opportunities should be more.

The eligibility is a 12th pass with a minimum 50%You have to give an interview to take admission to this university, you can apply online as well as offline . The campus is awesome and has world-class infrastructure. The faculty is wow. You don't need a uniform in this university.

- the last part is the convocation day , you can relive your college days from the convocation

- the operation team was a bit low in terms of working
- For campus or class you need to walk for a km
Admission:
For eligibility, you need to complete HSC with 60%. You can find the application form at the university itself. I haven't availed of the reservation benefits. It was a smooth admission process, no need to change.
