Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) offers a wide variety of professional courses like B.Tech, MBA, MCA, etc. AMU has recently concluded its Placement Drive for batch 2023 and recorded the Highest Package at INR 14 LPA.
During AMU Placements 2022, 48 students were placed from the MCA & Engineering stream. These students were placed in the IT companies. Earlier, three B.Tech studente were placed in Climber Knowldge & Career with a package of INR 4.50 LPA. Some of the top recruiters inclided Cognizant, KiwiTech, LTI Spark etc.

- If anyone ask me about amu wha isbthe best things in amu then I can say without getting any second there is everything is wonderful like place

- You are suffering lot's of issues to getting admission because internal students getting admission at very below or low level marks
Placement Experience:
In amu there a lot of companies visiting during placement time like samsung , tata (Tisco), Facebook, Mera, Intel and many more big companies to come and choose you. The normal package in amu like you. You can easily get 4-5 LPA and if we talk about the highest then it's going in crores. The percentage of students who are getting placed at Aligarh Muslim University it's like about 70-80% in every year and getting also good placements. Now iam doing my masters in history after that I want to do PhD in history in ancient fields and speciality to become a professor.

- Teachers have knowledge and are capable of teaching higher stuffs
- Classroom competition is good as there are many students from all over india

- Too many class bunks by students but teachers come and take classes no fault of faculty
- Infrastructure of building is not that good no AC in classrooms
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year companies come and start student internship programmes but in general 4th year students are capable of getting good placements on campus my plans are to go abroad for higher studies.

- AMU has one of the biggest campus in India,it is widely spreaded over 1000 acres of Land that's why PM of india recognizes AMU as mini India
- AMU is well known for its Alumni network

- Students of AMU are still living in 90's era in the name of tradition
- Not good exposure to students because of city like Aligarh
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year or 6th sem onwards. Many big companies often visit our campus Like Airtel,Bharat petroleum, Amazon etc Highest package here at AMU touched 1.2 cr in 2022 in Amazon Bristol (international package) And average here is at 8-10 LPA. 70-75% are getting placement I'll go for higher studies after completion

Students are eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. In bachelors of science course placement is very less and hand full companies come for placement. My plan after getting the degree is to go for masters programme

From semester 5 students become eligible for campus placements. The companies that visited are: TATA, L&T, Google, Microsoft, Mahindra, Voltas, Amazon, Flipkart, etc Highest package is approx 20 lpa Lowest package is approx 6 lpa

- The campus has building which has historical place in the society which back to 1920's.
- It has very much Greenery and lawns in campus .

- It has lack of hygienic water availability.
- The campus has a lot of fust due to lawns etc
Placement Experience:
The campus placements are annually done with around 10-20 percent of the people participating and the workshops regarding different aspects of the different fields, the campus also has a training and placement office which helps students accordingly.

- Hostel facility is not that very good in the college.
- Some professors are get annoyed over little things
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year of college we start getting placement offers. L&T and Siemens, Schneider are mass recruiters in our college, usually they offer 200 jobs/year. In 2022 highest package was 16lpa and minimum was 3.6lpa. In computer 90% student get placed and in electronics 60-70% students get placed. I am preparing for GATE examination and I want to get into PSU's.

- One thing i loved about the university is the behaviour and respect towards others. This course has broad scope in the upcoming world. Everyone is this university behaves good and with respect. Every senior treats like elder brother and sister withh.
- Library facilities are also very good for the students.
Dislikes
- The thing i disliked is the fees structure.
- Some labs are not well published for the students to perform experiments.
Placement Experience:
From last semester of the course students are eligible for the placement. IFFCO Package is like 4-9 lakhs per annum . 60% of students gets placed. My plan is for the higher education after this course.

- Faculties members are well qualified and teaching and their behaviour are very pleasant
- Every staff of the department is supportive

- Vacant Rooms availability is less in hostel.
- Rooms are small in Habib hall hostel near purani chungi.

After 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placement in general and department. ICICI, HDFC, fertilizer companies visited. Offers made by these 4lpa to 5 lpa. So it is right place for your professional education .

- I think TPO in AMU are not much able to get companies to come in AMU

Many companies like TCS, Reliance, HCL, Infosys, L&T etc. come for hiring, around 50 companies come for campus placement. Students from 4th year are allowed to get campus placements. Highest package on campus is 21 lacks and median package is 5.5 lacks and average package is 4 lacks. Around 70% of B.Tech students placed in the year 2023. I will also going to try to get a job offer through campus placement.

Aligarh Muslim University is one of the most reputed universities in the nation. Its overall NIRF ranking is 19 for the year 2020. It has a well recognized and felicitated team of faculty members who groom aspiring engineers to the standard of the leading organizations in the market.
Many reputed companies like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, JK Techno soft, HCL, Wipro, Bharti Telesoft and PSU's which include ONGC, IOCL, NPCIL participate in the recruitment drives. Over the years, the average placement rate has been over 60% with the average package at offer being between 4-7LPA. The statistics denote that for the computer science and electronics branch the placement rate has been higher, mostly over 75%. Key highlights of the 2017-18 placement session:

Apart from bagging jobs the students have also been offered internships by many MNCs and core government agencies. At first sight, it looks like the placement record isn’t that great but if one excels in the field of study then there are ample number of opportunities present.
