I want to shine in my job in human resources that's why I chose mba post graduate degree. Professional teacher and got experience and student ratio is moderate. Qualification of the faculty is good and teaching method is also good. Per year two term exam and 2 semester will conduct, totally 4 semester exam for MBA. We can pass the exam not difficult.
After the 5th-trimester one is eligible for placement. Many companies like IDBI bank, Central Bank of India, RBS, etc came for campus placements. Giving good placement. The average package was 3.5 lakhs. Around 80% of students got placed.
Placements were quite well pre Covid, I the average package went to 8-9 LPA. But due to this unforeseen reason various internships has been revoked already, so can't comment anything about placements this year. Yes, I got internship in Reliance retail, which got revoked due to non existence of virtual project.
The course curriculum of this university is relevant. I choose this course because I have an interest in MBA. The course curriculum of this university provides good theoretical knowledge to the students. All the faculty members are well qualified and their teaching method is also good. Most of the teachers have completed their Ph.D. All teachers are very much supportive. Exams were held 3 times in each semester, first, there was the first sessional, then the second sessional, then final exams will be conducted. If you attend all the lectures carefully and study well, then you easily pass all the exams with good marks. The overall course curriculum was good and it helps the students to be industry-ready.
I had prior work experience of 1 year in IT product-based firms for building ERP and E-commerce platforms and considering this I find that the MBA program will help me to uplift my career. It is a general management program that has Design Thinking at its core. If I talk about Business School the Faculty: Student ratio is about 1:20. All the faculties are very much experienced and qualified almost 80% are Ph.D. holders. Almost everyone holds industry experience and the experience helped us to understand the industry applications for the concepts very well. Talking about exams, we have a trimester pattern. That means you have an end-semester exam after every 4 months. And if you have paid attention in classes, scored well in internal assessment tests, and have done justice to your projects then passing the exam won't be difficult.
The curriculum was pretty updated and was specifically curated to make it industry-oriented. We learned a lot and the curriculum made us capable enough to deal with the day-to-day challenges of working in a corporate. Our dual specialization was divided into four semesters with a mandatory internship after the second semester. The faculty was pretty accessible and supportive throughout our course. We connected with them at a deeper level. They were more like a mentor than the professors. And with such extensive industry experience, they made it easy to translate theoretical learning into practice and industry-oriented knowledge.
For mba from 5 th trisem students are eligible for placements. I dont know exactly but icici, federal bank, Kotak Mahindra, etc are visiting for mba placements. Microsoft 39 lakhs is the highest placement during my course duration. i don't know how many percentages of students are placed. to settle in a good job either government or private.
The program helped me to develop into a highly adept professional manager. The curriculum trained us to become managers who are capable of working in diverse sectors and are continuously thriving for excellence in performance. Also, the curriculum provided us with a strong analytical foundation to us in core functional areas of management and inculcated a strong character in our personality, so that we can adapt to the corporate world. The faculty members here were graduated of renounced universities and acquired years of experience in their respective fields.
The course curriculum is very standard and sophisticated. The courses are high level and complicated. Exams are frequently conducted. The university exams are held once ina year and mid exams are held in between. The exam times are usually very hectic. The faculty and students ratio was in the VIT Business School campus is 1:25. The faculty is well experienced and qualified.
The course curriculum for the MBA course is researched well. Also, the exam structure followed by the university is quite decent as well. My exam experience with them till now was easy to comprehend. The entire faculty of the MBA department is qualified and extremely professional in their domain. They have always made me understand every single point with utmost clarity. I respect all my professors of the department.
