- 5% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the second year, based on end semester results of the first two semesters.
- 10% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the third year, based on end semester results of the first four semesters.
- 15% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the fourth year, based on end semester results of the first six semesters.
For B.Arch, BA-LLB, BBA-LLB, B.Com-LLB & BDS (5-Year Programme)
- 5% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the second year, based on end semester results of the first two semesters will be waived.
- 7.5% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the third year, based on end semester results of the first four semesters will be waived.
- 10% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the fourth year, based on end semester results of the first six semesters.
- 15% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the fifth year, based on end semester results of the first eight semesters.
For B.Sc (Nursing) & BPT (4-Year Programme)
- 5% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the second year, based on end semester results of the first two semesters.
- 7.5% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the third year, based on end semester results of the first four semesters.
- 10% of the Tuition Fee will be waived off for the top 3 ranks holders of the fourth year, based on end semester results of the first six semesters.

- Things I like most in the college is the college provide free transport for all the students across chennai so it won't be a hastle for any student to reach college if he is staying anywhere outside also that's the one thing I like most
- Another thing I like most about the college they provide free lunch for all the students whether they are hostel or not they provide lunch for each and every person for free thats the one thing I like most about the list
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
I joined sathyabama in 2021 presently in the final year of my bachelor of engineering. When I joined the course the fee structure was first year 2.25 lakh and the following three years are 1.85 lakh. This is the base fee structure because I've taken the all-India entrance exam of sathyabama which is SAEEE. Presently the fee structure is very much increased That is double my fees which is maybe like 4lakh presently for the computer science

- The first thing is placement , Sathyabama provides good placements as the average of 300000 LPA and it goes to 70 LPA
- The food ! This collage provides quality food in free of cost for all 6 days in a week which is good for hostelers as well as dat scholar students . Both VEG and NON-VEG will be provided
Dislikes
- the class room , they are good but the is no AC in classes only computer science students are provided with AC
- Hostel students are not allowed to go outside after collage only on the weekend permission is granted (same for boys and girls)
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
BE degree costs more fee , cse starts with 350000 as starting and increase upto 450000 , if student opt for specilication course it starts with 400000 and goes to 500000. B.Tech IT : 300000 B PHARM, BIO TECH :275000 ECE : 200000 MBA : 250000 ARCH , LLB:250000 MECH , EEE, CIVIL: 150000 B COM , BBA : 125000 Entrance will be conducted (sistjee) scholarships will be given based on the entrance marks . college also has sports quota (only for national level students).

- The college conduct better and useful programs to students to improve the skills of students

- The staff are not that much thorough with specialized subjects
- Not providing more internship opportunities to students

The tution fee is reasonable and they provide good amount of concession by conducting entrance test and our past education. They didn't charge any external fees for transport and food . We have to pay only college fee and hostel fee. The final year students have to pay 25k for there placement enrollment

- Faculty, A wide range of faculty is present in sathyabama institute of science and technology who cater to all the needs of a student and make sure he/she does best in their subjects

- Attendance, It is compulsory to attend all the classes and one cannot take leave without prior notice in sathyabama
- College timings: The whole 9-3 everyday makes the functioning of the college very school like and a change in the timetable would make it feel more like college

The fee honestly fluctuates each year depending on the demand for the course and the number of students applying for it As a 2023-27 batch student , the fee for one year is 3,50,000 rupees and this is only tuition fee Hostel fee is an additional 1,00,000 for non ac rooms and 2,00,000 for ac rooms Mess fees also applies if you are a hostel student Sathyabama also conducts an entrance exam called SAEEE which provides a scholarship to students Management seats are also provided As i have just finished my first year, i have no applied for any internships yet But the college does provide a lot of opportunities in the form of workshops and courses for the students to attend and benefit from

- The management of this college doesn't conduct sports
- Infrastructure in some blocks which are old ones needs to be improved

The hike in tuition fees is very much but comparing to other colleges we have less fess the complete cost will be 350000 per year the students will get 20000 scholarships if they perform good in academic

Fee structure is kind of high rn than the time of pre COVID but by taking SAEEE fee can be reduced as they consider that student as a merit student. Basic fee for cse this year is around 350000. But sathyabama promises growth and personal development so I will say that it is worth it.

- The over discipline will be maintained by the staff
- The fixed timings should be followed by the campus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
There will be no hikes in the fee which was fixed in the 1st year no changes can be made to that fee.My complete cost is 255000 + 215000 + 215000 + 220000.The government and merit scholarship will be awarded for the students.

- Lots of events and hackathons, friendly atmosphere
- Wide range of knowledge from the library, we can go and study alone there
Dislikes
- Trees are rare, its too hot during summers
- I think infrastructure need to be improved more
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The fee structure for CSE - AI and robotics, CSE - AI and ML is 3,40,000 or above. Regular CSE is 2,50,000. Scholarship will be provided based on the exam they conduct for freshers to get into the college

- Placements are good and most of my friends got placed
Dislikes
- Few teachers are egoistic and very strict

I feel like the fee is pretty high. And now they have also increased it. I paid 3.25lakh per year. The Scholarships are provided to the top three rankers of the department. Campus employment is quite good and the package is also good.

- The college environment is quite good surrounded by trees and stone benches to sit and free to roam every where

Course fee is a bit expensive compared to other colleges but they include everything in the course fee consisting course fee bus fee and mess fee. Scholarships are available for every students. The sc/st quota sports quota and the scholarship claimed by clearing sathyabama entrance exam
