Course Description
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering is a four year undergraduate degree in engineering. 10+2 pass or equivalent students are eligible to take admission. Chemical engineering degree can get you a job in different sectors like Oil, Gas and Energy, Manufacturing and consumer goods, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Industries and various PSUs. The salary of Chemical Engineering fresher ranges from Rs. 3.9 lakhs to Rs. 21.00 lakhs per annum. Chemical engineering students have a plethora of options for higher studies. They can do their MS, MBA, M.Tech or PhD from India and abroad.
Like every other engineering discipline, Chemical Engineering is based on the fundamentals of mathematics, physics and chemistry. Therefore, you must have an aptitude in these subjects in order to excel as a chemical engineer.
It is surmised that there will be a upsurge in demand for qualified chemical engineers in areas such as renewable resources, sustainability etc.

We get prior knowledge about our placements and internship in time. And having a comfortable level of students where a faculty can understand each and every student. Exams were quite difficult but also helpful to check our knowledge and promote us to have great knowledge.

I choose this course because of my Dad. He is a hero to me. He suggested I do Btech. In the chemical engineering branch. For which I will get a very charming future. So I go on with him. My branch faculty members are also good as I thought. when I got admission here, I thought that my branch was a very unique branch. But my thoughts were wrong. Our faculty members' behavior is also good. They teach us well. There are 2 semesters in a year and 4 internals also. Also, we have lab exams and lab work which is very good and beneficial for us.

I choose this course because I like chemistry. This course is very interesting. Faculty to student ratio is good. Faculty members are good. Qualification of the faculty members are good, they are qualified from good colleges. There are two midsems before every final semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is good and the facilities are student-friendly. I had chosen a B.Tech course in computer science. There are sufficient facilities for helping the students in every possible manner. All the teachers are highly qualified and experienced teachers and teaching methods are students friendly. Every six months there will be semester exams and one cycle test in between the semesters. These exams are moderately difficult to pass.
