- For MBA, the candidate has to appear in Entrance Exam (USTM-CAT) along with PI and GD.

I feel too much comfortable with their admission process. Their managers are well educated and we'll skilled to solve students admission issues. I love this place, everything was good, from education to teachers. I have gained knowledge and made some incredible friends. This place gave me lifelong experiences and memories. Lab facility, staff, environment everything is great. Not even that much expensive compared to other private universities. But one thing is very poor here that is Placement cell, university tells in their campaign that they provide placement but hardly 2 or 3 companies come here.

The admission is totally on merit. You do have to have at least 55% qualified aggregate in your previous examination. The overall environment is too good that you feel as if it is your own home. The university is much developed and still going under development. The motto of the university is to reach the sky. The education system is much unique and high-class. The classes are digitalized and the teachers are friendly. The university also offers free admission for the economically backward class and aids all handicapped students. Even if you pass out from the university you always feel to visit the place again and again. The Chancellor always aims to make the university the No.1 University in the North East. and fortunately, it will be. Almost all the courses are available. Moreover, a Medical College is built up side by side with the university. You shall always have job opportunities after studying at this University. The University offers the merit students fees refund.

I applied only to this university for my MCA degree as it has very good faculty in it. No, I availed no quota for my admission it was completely based on merit. The admission criteria for the MCA course in USTM is- Must have a minimum of 50% of marks in the bachelor degree Admission is completely based on merit wise Nothing is mentioned about age but if a student has taken a drop of more than one year, a gap certificate must be provided.
