Infrastructure of the institution is very good
The faculties are very good and they will help in many ways

Dislikes

The food provided in the hostel mess is not that much good
The fees structure is complex and we have to pay more than 25000 for a pg even it is a govt. Institution

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

In the first semester 14000, for second 2500, for third 8000 and for the last semester 1800 should paid. I am a beneficiary of e-grants scholarship the state providing because I'm an OBC student. If you are eligible for e- grants the fee is not that much high.

The central university of Kerala has a very good academics, where students get a comprehensive knowledge about the industry.
The infrastructure provided at department as well as hostels are of high quality.

Dislikes

Facilities for sports is less compared to other central universities

The fees for central university of Kerala is comparatively less but for the management courses it's higher. And for the students from kerala the kerala government provide scholarships known as e grants where a huge burden is decreased. Still the grants take a lot of time to be disbursed. Placements are also an average, all are not placed still people are getting placed with the help and support of the administration.

the campus is located in a remote area of kasaragod, Kerala
the class was not having any special features like ac and all as we are paying 50k per semister

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The tuition fees will be 100000 per year and extra hotel fees of 6500 per year and mess fees will be less than 3000 per semister and you will be having a lot of scholarship oppertunities where i applied for E- grands so i got my entire fee amount back

University don’t provided placement opportunities

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

In the first semester we payed 15000 and in the second semester we payed 2000 .In the third semester we have to pay 8500 and in the fourth semester 2000 .we have to pay hostel fees 3500 in each semester and mess is 2000 in every month.we don't get any financial assistance from the university.

The forty thousand was paid in the first semester and eight thousand was paid in the third semester. The hostel fee paid per semester is three thousand and five hundred. Mess fees are also paid per month in more than two thousand. There are merit-based scholarships.

University provide good academic environment for studies and Engaging classes.professor's lectures really helps to understand literary theories. If we have doubts regarding academic classes,they make sure that we understood everything.
It helps personal growth.Developing important life skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.

Dislikes

There is no specific building for library, and it closed at 11pm.
Professors interaction section is very less. In every semester Students want to handle the classes with their presentation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Even this is a central university, the tuition fee is very high. In first semester and third semester we should pay around thirteen thousand. When we complete the course here, it will cost around seventy thousand including hostel rent,cook salary and exam fee.

The library facilities are not so good incase of acentral university
The placement is not provided by the University side

E-grants are offered but they are provided at a delay. The fees are not increasing by year. More than 14 thousand is paid in the first semester, then 8 thousand in the third sem. The mess fee would be more than 2000 a month. The hostel fee is 3540 for each semester.

TUTION FEES IS CONSISTENT FIRST SEMESTER FEES IS HIGH BEACUSE OF MANY ONE TIME FEES IT WILL BE AROUND 8000-9000 SECOND SEMESTER FEES IS COMPARITIVELY LOW BEACUSE ODD SEMSTER HAVE LOW FEES AND ITLL BE AROUND 2000-3000 THE THIRD SEMSTER WILL BE AROUD 5000 FOURTH SEM WILL BE 2000 AND THIS CONTINES TILL THE 6TH SEM. THERE WILL BE NO HIKES ,THE FEES ARE PRETTY MUCH CONSTENT TOTAL FEES WILL BE AROUND 25000 FOR THE ENTIRE COURSE COMPLETITION AS THE FEES ARE LOW THERE IS NO OTHER SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES. AND WE DONT HAVE A PLACEMENT CELL IN OUR REMOTE CAMPUS SO EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ARE LOW.

My opinion on my university

Likes

The atmosphere of the university is very calm and everywhere there is greenery.
My department is working in a democratic manner. Students have the space to request their needs and raise their concerns. It is very much helpful

Dislikes

Hostels that are built is not properly maintained. New hostels are facing many issues.
Asking cook salary from students is not a central university thing to do.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

In first semester while joining we have to pay more than 14 thousand and during the third semester another 8 thousand is need to be paid. If the student have e grants the money will refunded to them. And a 720 rs of exam is needed to be paid for each semester. But most students get e grants with a delay.And hostel fee includes 3540 each semester. More than 2000 for each month mess fee. Cook salaray should be given by the student. That is the one fee whole students doesn't like to pay as we need some benefits from studying in a central university.

Campus is serene. Great for people who like nature.
Classes are scheduled spacedly decreasing workload on student.

Dislikes

No competitive exam support. One has to heavily rely on self study .
Not for people who like a vibrant college life, Everyday can feel pretty slow and less engaging,

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

There are very few campus employment opportunities. Since I'm a general candidate and I'm from north. All my cost was mostly spent in travel so overall cost was around 1.75 lakhs. SC/ST candidates don't have to pay hostel fees. Local keralites have state scholarships available.
