I literally didn't choose this college instead it was my misfortune that I got this college I was expecting a cool college as I listened But with no choice left I had to come to this college The exams are too hard compared to jee I used to fail atleast 2 papers each semester Only one reason for me to choose this college It's for the nit tag

I did not opt for other college as this college is NIT which is very good the admission process of this college is through JEE exams which you need to qualify after that you have to register into josa counselling and seaser csab counselling to get your seat into any NIT

I choose this college because of the good placement services. The average placement of this college is more than the other colleges. Yes , I applied for some other colleges also but I got rejected because I was not fulfilling the rank criteria in those colleges according to my category. The eligibility for the admission is to clear the Jee mains exam with very good rank. The cut off depends on the number of students appearing in that year as well as on the question papers

I gave Jee examination to take admission in this college. So its obvious that i will opt for a other top universities first. So My first choise was NIT trichy and other top 5 NITs .This college was my 6th choise.and i couldnt make in that college bcz of low percentage.Taking admission in my college is very easy as you score a good percentile and add my college in your preference list during jossa counselling. So after that you will get to know the further procedure .

I chose nit jsr over other nits which I was getting because of its placement records which are much much higher (100% placed for core branches) as compared to other colleges. Secondly, The clubs are superactive here so you can improve your skills in different field as well. To get admission here we have to clear jee main exam folooowed by josaa counselling where you get your seats alloted according to you rank.

I chose this college due to the proximity from my home town and because of very good and superb placements. I had applied to other NITs like NIT Allahabad, Jaipur, Rourkela but because i wasn't getting CSE branch there i chose NIT Jamshedpur. I got a rejection from IIIT Bangalore because of the high cut off ranks which went this year. The admission process of my college is through JEE Mains exam and the courses depend on the cut off ranks, like the cut off for CSE branch here is 99 % ile , the admisison process goes through a period of 2-3 months taking part in counselling like JOSAA/CSAB

The main reason for me chosing this college is the placement here, it is among the top 5 NITs in tems of placement , only placement is the major factor which lands me here. And the branch which i am getting here is also one of the reason , beacause college is different thing and branch is different thing. Branch really do matters in both IIT and NIT as well , so choose wisely if you are getting good branch here definately opt here, and even if you are getting lower branch it is the best college for core branches as well due to its geographical location , every branch has best 85- 100 % placement rate.

The admission is through JEE MAINS entrance exam. The candidates who belong to the General category should secure a minimum of 75% marks while students who belong to the reserved category should score a minimum of 65% marks or they should fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards in the 10+2 or equivalent examination, to get admission. The application form can be found at the site of NTA, application fee is 650 and dates are announced by the NTA.The exams are held twice a year and one can give the exam at maximum of 3 times. The difficulty level is not much. One can ensure their seat quite easily in nit if they only maintain discipline in their preparation.

I had to give jee main and had a rank around 20000 to get into NIT Jamshedpur Electrical Engineering. I am a general candidate. As for admission, it's among one of the colleges in Josaa counseling, via which students get admitted into IITs, IIITs, NITs and othe GFTIs. Difficulty level of jee mains in intermediate and jee advanced is very tough.

A relative of mine who is an alumnus of NIT Jamshedpur and she has said that the institute is working on its boundaries to make them close. You can easily get into the premises of the institute. Even the locals do.
You will have to clear JEE to get into the Bachelors in technology. If you clear your GATE exams, you can get into M.Tech, PhD, and M.Sc. After you clear interviews, you can get jobs of technician, site engineer, etc.
Some requirements for admission are as follows:
It can be seen that JEE is very important for getting admission to NIT Jamshedpur. So clearing that exam with a decent rank is important.
