You just have to complete your 12th with Physic, Chemistry and Biology/Maths as your main subjects. And your 12th score should be at least 50% for the General and EWS category. Birsa Agricultural University (BAU) Ranchi, offers UG and PG-level courses in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, and Forestry streams. Admission to BAU Ranchi is done on the basis of the Entrance Examination.
Students with science backgrounds in PCB can opt for any particular major from Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, and Forestry, while students with PCM backgrounds can apply only for agriculture and forestry. The total number of seats present for B.Sc (H) Agriculture is 50. The Institute does not mention any minimum class 12 % required for admission as the eligibility criteria simply state that the candidate should have completed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized board.
So, I don't think your low intermediate marks will affect your chances of admission to BAU in any way
