JMI campus are very beautiful and The environment here is very good

The campus is amazing and is in the heart of New Delhi.
The student environment is also great because in engineering you can join by clearing JEE (Joint Entrance Examination)

Dislikes

The faculty is not much upto date not all , but some of them.
If you hail from a cold area , the heat in Delhi might be a thing you dislike

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the placement in 7th semester of engineering , the companies that visit include ICICI , HP , etc , the highest package may go around 15 to 25 LPA , and average ranges from 7 to 12 LPA , percentage of students getting placed is usually 70% , my plans are opting for higher studies.

There is very good study environment in the college
In this college there is a sports complex which is very good and big in this there is many cricket matchs occurred international or national.

Placement Experience:

In this college placement is good enough if you have done a decent study then you are placed in a good package and good company. And if you don't do so study related to placement there are some difficulties in getting placed. There are many on-campus and also off-campus placements that occurred in the current session there is 64 lakh the highest package done. And the average package must be 9 lakh or above. And I also prepare for the placements.

Placement Experience:

For 3rd yr students, there are companies available for summer internship such Accenture which also gives ppo. Generally for placements , more than 50% of students get placed. Companies like tcs, accenture, renew, energo, tata power, edf , L & T etc visit for placements. I have been placed at Renew for 9 LPA

Jamia - The land of opportunities

Likes

The first and the fourmost thing a student will like about Jamia is that it's nominal fees of charging only 16000 per year
People here are nice including students staffs and teachers they behave well and don't restrict themselves to only being professionals but also discuss the real life problems

Dislikes

The campus could have been a little bit big but still it is okaish
The infrastructure could have also been better because it has been more than a 100 years (Jamia was initiated in 1920)

Placement Experience:

The campus of Jamia is now increasing impressively. In the third semester's own words, students avail of the internships provided by the college itself. So many companies visited last year including Deloitte, Vedanta, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Bosch and many others giving an average placement of 9 lacs and the highest package was 25 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placement is increasing and has increased to more than 75% last year. My plans after getting the degree are also to get a handsome package at the campus itself and become a strong alumnus of Jamia Millia Islamia.

Its culture and lot of diversity in its campus
Very helpful professor and their behaviour towards students.

Dislikes

There is shortage of hostel so that thing dislikes more .
Sports facilities are limited where you can't play every sports.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our university course curriculum is purely based on engineering. Here faculty members are very good and supportive. They help in giving ideas about projects and assignments. They studied every subject with very high curiosity. The majority of professors are Ph.D. in their domain.

Placement Experience:

The Campus placements are also quite high which is good. The companies which visit here are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and many others like HCL. The highest package a student got was 22 lakh per annum and the average is 10 lakh per annum offered by TCS and Infosys. About 80% of the students always get high placements.

Placement Experience:

Students can do internships in any year but the placement process takes place only for 4th-year students. The package for CS and ECE branches are quite good with an average package of 10 lacs and the lowest package of 3 lacs. Almost 80-90% of students get placed from CS and ECE branches. The placements for other core branches are not that good

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th semester. That is when the companies start coming for various roles, name SDE, Analysts, Sales Reps, Engineer Trainees, etc. Around 200 offers are made in the college, the highest being 19 LPA for SDE by Innovaccer. The average package is around 5 LPA. Around 60 percent of students get placed. I plan to work for a company and then receive higher education later.

They only hire toppers or very highly skilled students. Average students do not stand against them. The highest-paid package is 15 lakhs while the lowest is 90000. By the 6th semester, students are eligible to take part in job interviews.

JMI - An affordable and a good College

Placement Experience:

Students of the third year are eligible for internships. Students get an internship in good companies. Two of our batch were selected in Siemens. Siemens offered them 1 lac for 45 days internship. Later they got PPO. Final year students are eligible for placements. There were some huge MNC which generally comes for placement. Companies such as L&T, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mahindra Comviva, HSBC visited for placements. The highest package of 20 LPA was offered by HSBC. Average package is 4.5 LPA. There was almost every student who was placed.
