Ques. How many BTech specialisations does GGU Bilaspur offer?
Ans. GGU offers in total 7 specialisations under the B.Tech program. Admissions to all the specialisations are done on the basis of JEE Mains scores. Applicants who did not appear for JEE Mains Cancel apply at GGU for BTech. Such applicants can apply through the Local or University Level Counselling. Ques. Is CUET necessary for GGU PG admission?
Ans. GGU has PG courses under more than 30 departments. The PG courses range from various fields in Humanities, Science, Commerce and more. The admissions to the post graduate courses are based on CUET PG scores only. Therefore, appearing for CUET PG is mandatory for admissions under the GGU PG courses.

Ans. GGU MBA admissions are based on the scores achieved in CUET PG. an applicant must have at least 50% marks (General category) in the previous UG or PG degree. There is no separate personal interview or presentation round for MBA. Ans. At the UG level, the University offers BTech programme in seven specializations. Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya BTech admission is based on Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) counseling on the merit basis of JEE Main exam.
Ques. What is the application fee charged for applying to the GGU Programmes through CUET?
Ans. The application fee charged by NTA for applying to CUET for admission to GGU courses for general category students is Rs. 650 and for SC/ST category it is Rs 250. You can pay the application fee through online mode i.e., credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Ques. How can I apply for the GGU M.Tech Programme through offline mode?
Ans. Candidates willing to take admission to the MTech programme (both GATE and non-GATE candidates) should download the application form from the official website - http://www.ggu.ac.in/Btech_MTech_Admission. The filled-in application form along with a crossed DD of INR 500 (for General, EWS and OBC students) or INR 300 (for SC/ST category applicants) in the favour of ‘Registrar, GGV, Bilaspur (CG)’ should be sent to the official address of the university.
Ques. Is a medical fitness certificate mandatory for admission at GGU?
Ans. Yes, you are required to provide a medical certificate for admission at GGU duly attested by the approved medical expert along with the other necessary details such as Attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of Class 10, Class 12, graduation (as applicable), Transfer and migration certificate etc.
Ques. Are there any reservation criteria followed by GGU for its enrolled students?
Ans. Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya offers seat reservations to various category candidates on the basis of the norms set by the Government of India. As per the prescribed criteria, 15% of seats at VVU are reserved for SC and 7.5 % for ST candidates. Also, 27% of seats are considered for OBC, 5% for Physically challenged and 10% for EWS candidates.
Ques. Does GGU accept CAT scores for admission to its MBA Programme?
Ans. No, as of now VVU doesn’t consider CAT score for its MBA shortlisting process. Admission to the MBA programme at this University is only granted based on a valid score in the CMAT exam.

GGU provides PhD degrees to aspirants with numerous specialisations. It has 25 specialisations under Humanities, Commerce and Science subjects. An aspirant has to appear for the VRET or Vishwavidyalaya Research Entrance Test to be eligible for the doctoral program. The entrance test is followed by a personal interview round.

Ques. Is there a group discussion round for GGU PhD?
Ans. GGU offers PhD programmes in many specialisations. In order to get admission in a PhD program, an applicant has to appear for the entrance exam and a personal interview/presentation round. The selection criteria is a combination of both the rounds.
Ques. What is the minimum duration of a PhD in GGU?
Ans. The minimum duration of a PhD program at GGU is 3 years. These three years include coursework. The maximum duration can be up to 6 years from the date of admission.
Ques. Is there any age relaxation for PhD in GGU?
Ans. Applicants from the SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled category, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) argument, 5% relaxation on the entrance test. There is no intimation of age relaxation for PhD programmes at GGU.

Ans. Applicants for the GGU PhD program do not get a fee waiver on the application or registration fee. It is because of the university policy, the fee is not refundable.

The admission process was very easy and comfortable as teachers and seniors were there to help in every step . Comming on to CUET examit was also very easy to fill the online form through the The cutoff of the exam was 90 above in General Test and 110in English.

For B.pharm you have to appear in general test in Cuet Ug. Yes there is benefits of reservation for OBC SC st PWD and ews candidates as per central government norms. Only need to change the eligibility criteria for B.pharm

10+2 with 60% and the admission process was from the entrance exam CUET. There are 30 seats reserved for SC, ST, and OBC. The admission was easy and based on merit list. Those who qualified they got easy admission.
