Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, formerly known as Guru Ghasidas University (GGU) is a central university located in the Bilaspur district, Chhattisgarh. Established in 1983, GGU is one of the Chhattisgarh's largest and oldest institutions of higher education. GGU Admissions

GGU Bilaspur has a huge campus of 655 acres of land with various amenities for its students. The university has facilities like a health care unit, Central Library, hostel facility, Bus services, a well functioning cafeteria and more for its students. - Ambience of the college & infrastructure is also improved lots in recent 2 years
- Many NSS & NCC activites is been seen in the college making a high possibility of social interactions with other departments
Dislikes
- Placements need to be improved as of there are companies with less packages also been seen during placements that provide about 12-13k per month
- Many equipments in lab were damaged in my time might have changed too.
Admission:
Admission here requires qualifying score in jee mains & admission process through josaa/csab counselling as well as spot counselling and also the 12th boards score 75% marks. Through josaa csab counselling I got this college I do have filled other options too but my choice filling as well as my score aren't enough for NIT/Top IIITs & whatever colleges I do got through the counselling GGU is best in all respect infracture & also being a central university is also a plus point. I do also check fee structure & found this one is affordable for me

Admission:
As a Biology field student I applied at BHU but couldn't go due to rank and slow selection process. No rejection from other colleges. You have to apply through the CUET exam. Scholarship are also provided for the reserved category.

- The transport facilities which were provided to the children.
- The maintaining the greeny environment of the college

- Don't provide the proper infrastructure facilities
- The electricity problem don't provide the generator

The main objective of the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya colleges this is the Central University College which is only the one college in all over Chhattisgarh means that is the Central University that's all

- The faculty members are very cooperative and freindly
- The campus is very nice and the seniors are very helpful, there is anti ragging department and no ragging is done in college campus

- Less number of teachers but most probably till october 2024 this problem will be solved
- There is no college placement cell and neither any internship opportunities

Admission process is very fast and proper. You have to first qualify cuet exam for admission process. Admission is based on score gain in Cuet.College admission is fair and appropriate. It is a central university with a very low fee structure of 35000/5year i.e 7000 yearly

- inspite of that, the university has a higher than average number of Professors, and many Assistant Professors are currently completing their doctorates
Admission:
The admission process at Guru Ghasidas University takes the place of CUET or the Common University Entrance Test conducted all over india and admissions are given to students on a merit basis. The admission process is quite easy, the academic staff is very helpful to the students and the parents to clear all their douts and to provide every possible help in order to ease the admission process for the interested students.

- loved the fact that I could create anything on a blank canvas with a bunch of colours at hand, tax my mind for just-minute debates or a game of dumb charades, or remember the longest dialogues while acting on stage

- Campus infrastructure is bad , however it is being worked upon by the management. Its infrastructure can say the worst one its not good in infrastructure thirdly cutting of trees is the biggest problem that we are facing. Hostel of GGU is not good .
- For good placements, students try for off-campus placements, and very few students go for on-campus placements.
Admission:
There's exam called cuet from which you can come here and there not much high cutoff. it's stands for common university test of examination. And them my name is under the merit list after that the document verification and then fees submission its a very long process for admission

Yes, there are hostel facilities available for the students. The hostel fee varies from INR Twenty thousand eight hundred twenty per year to INR Twenty Four thousand seventy per year.
Admission to the Guru Ghasidas University BA LLB is done on the basis of marks secured in the Common University Entrance Test UG. The first year fee of the course is INR Ten thousand two hundred.

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time BA LLB Program must pass in 10+2 level from any recognized Board or equivalent with Minimum 45% aggregate for General category, 42% of total marks for OBC & 40% of total marks for SC/ST category. Admisison will through Vishwavidyalya Entrance test.

The candidate who has completed his HSC Board examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject and secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate.

The first-year fee is INR 28,850, and the fee for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year is INR 27,050 for the Btech in Mechanical Engineering course. Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time B.Tech Program should be passed (10+2) or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology, Language, and any other subject.
Bsc honours available?
Yes, B.Sc. Honors is available in GGU Bilaspur. The course is offered in the following specialisations:
GGU Admission 2024 for UG programs will be done through the CUET examination. The NTA has announced the CUET exam date 2024 official website in online mode. The CUET UG 2024 exam will be conducted between May 15 to May 31, 2024.
The first year fee of GGU Bilaspur B.Com. is INR 6,150. The second and third year fees of the course are the same INR 4,850.
Even if you are writing for 12th boards exam, then too you need to appear for entrance exam viz. CUET which is scheduled for May 15th 2024 and based on the score of the entrance test, you’ll have to apply for college application and then provide the 12th marksheet/certificate for document verification whenever applicable.
GGU admission 2024 for UG and PG programs will be based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), conducted by NTA. CUET PG 2024 registrations are open now and the last date to apply is February 10, 2024. Interested candidates can register online on the official website @pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.
