the faculty to student ratio in iit patna college is approx. 1:100 which is quite good. faculties in our college use various approach to teach students and ensure that they understand the topic . Students can interact with faculties and approach them if they need any help in their office they are usually available during their free time

Right now due to increase of branches and new courses added like Btech+MBA or Dual degree courses the number of stduents intake has raised which led to the decrease in faculty -to- student ratio which led to falling ranks in nirf, but for academic and research purpose its an awesome campus. U will get all the oppurtunitues like the gen1 colleges

The faculty to student ratio is good as compared to overall college but is average when in terms of iits. The faculties are good to average in teaching and are friendly to have interactions. Its on student to reach out to professor for doubt if any.

The faculty is highly qualified and a long experienced professors and most of them have done Phd in their specific subjects. Faculty-to-student ratio is too high, we have 1 professor for all 900 students and sometimes it is very difficult to clear the doubts. Most of them are highly experienced so they know very well what doubt can be raised by a student so most of time they clear it by themselves. Intract with them with one-on-one session is very difficult because class size is too high and campus immersion is only for 15 days so there we do not get chance to interact with them.

Faculty members are one of the best in India and abroad. They are approachable and ready to solve your any problems. However there might be things you have to study in your own to understand and grasp rather than relying on your prof.

Most of the faculties are experienced and experts of their respective fields. They have in depth knowledge and strong grasp on their subject matter. They are very motivating and helpful to students, specially when students need any kind of reference and external support. They always motivate students to push their limits. However, there is shortage of faculty as far as I know. College should recruit more faculties to maintain reasonable student to faculty ratio.

The faculty to student ratio is appropriate. Their credentials are amazing too, with professors who have completed doctorate from prestigious institutes around the world. But whether they are good at teaching is 50-50. Some are amazing, some are just reading slides.

Faculty of IIT Patna are highly qualified. All have done their Ph.D from reputated foreign universities like MIT, Harvard, Boston, Pennsylvania, etc. Most of them are also IITians and have done B. Tech from 1st generation IIT. The faculty student ratio is 1:30 which is a good ratio. Most of the teachers teach very well and with their unique teaching style they are able to generate interest in their particular subjects. They always encourage us to make effort in the field of research and innovation and provide best supports. They also helps in cracking internship and job opportunities
