What students say about University of Aberdeen

Likes

  • As my course was industry-related, the curriculum was well-designed and highly updated to the practical world of industrial practice.
  • I received the scholarship from the university, which was worth 5000 pounds. There are some other ways to receive scholarships as well, which you can find on the university website. It is free of cost and there are no application fees.
  • Though there are on-campus accommodation facilities available for students, I am staying in a rented private accommodation.
  • There are only accommodation fees, unless you are from outside of Scotland, which is usual for most universities in Scotland.
  • The faculty is really good; professors and lecturers have good knowledge and will help you out in any way possible with your doubts.
  • I wanted to pursue my LLM in the UK because India and the UK have similar legal structures.

Near to my home town so it is easy to go back and forth and not travel a long distance and rack up expenses. It had the degree I wanted to do which not many offered. It offers a lot of good facilities and societies to choose from.
