Remarks :

I have eperience many positive as well negative , the way of living standard is very easy this is negative in terms of students lead enjoyable life,but in my opinion it is very bad for me ,but roughly the facility given by amu is very positive

Course Curriculum Overview :

In my opinion all aspirant who seeking admission in Bachelor , Aligarh Muslim University is best Platform to Explore your academic excellence ,which provides more courses @ of cheapest. AMU is also best for the Social Work ,Law and Medical Especially along with these there are so many graduation course which is beneficial for aspirant

Placement Experience :

AMU have central Placement cell ,in terms of Job opportunity they provide all levels of job whether Engineering or Social science or science , all department have own Placement cell. Along with these AMU Students union also organised A Mega Recruitment Fest every year

College Events :

There are many occasions which is celebrated in amu but one is most that is Our Founder Sir syed Day ,, It is very Happy Day for all of us. Along with these also Convocation ,Hall Function , and so many celebration organised by university

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Very Cheap Fees in every course , if you compare across the indian university ,amu is the cheapest university with all the facilities ,no any university compete this. Approximately all students which are admitted mainly belongs to lower or middle family

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Several Scholarship available for the every student whether he/she belongs to any category. Especially university provide scholarship for those students which are belong to poor family along with these central government scholarship and state government scholarship available for all according to eligibility. AMU alumni association is also provide many scholarship for amu student on the basis of their needs

Campus Life :

Aisa Top library are there, Cyber library Drama club cultural club, literary and debating club ,single Riding Club in indian university, Hockey club All sports facility available national level as well international

Hostel Facilities :

I live in Sir Syed Hall South Hall and it is historical building in terms of its is the first Hostel were amu is started ,it's structure and infrastructure is very good you can see in google , there is no any need to explain hostel infrastructure

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Frank Islam Nadeem Tarin ,Aamir Qutub amu alumni association is available in all across the world you can directly reach through the different web link amualumnicalifornia , amualumniwashingtondc and so many more

Admission :

I Got Admission via Entrance Test Which is Common for all B.A (Hons). I score 42 Marks in entrance test and I selected under chance memo ,But My chance memo cleared and I get admission in B.A in Political science

Faculty :

Especially Most of the faculty in Science and Social Science is very Good , Basically I spent more than 5 years in Political Science but along with these there are so many Emiretus Professor like Irfan Habib and many more Historian Teache there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is not that much broad, It is brief and In my department I found Ancient history and Archaeology is very interesting. There's alot of things to know about our past ,we study about architecture and monasteries, and intersting sites so there's is a lot of fun and interst in this course In my time due to covid our semester timings are not for 6 months our exams were held in 3-4 months so that time we face alot of problem but that's ok Now everything is going so smooth

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very helpful for students preparing for government jobs. Ancient history is one of the core subjects. The curriculum is good. Although we find it hard now and then but most students know the importance it holds. It is indeed difficult to pass the exams because it gets hectic. By the time T1 is over T2 and mid sem and viva are there. So all this is hard but hard work brings success.

History of AMU

Placement Experience:

In amu there a lot of companies visiting during placement time like samsung , tata (Tisco), Facebook, Mera, Intel and many more big companies to come and choose you. The normal package in amu like you. You can easily get 4-5 LPA and if we talk about the highest then it's going in crores. The percentage of students who are getting placed at Aligarh Muslim University it's like about 70-80% in every year and getting also good placements. Now iam doing my masters in history after that I want to do PhD in history in ancient fields and speciality to become a professor.

My college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really wanted to know about human civilisation and worlds history. How civilisations took the shape and how we reached at this point where we are standing today. From the very beginning how things got linked to each other and now we can know about these things . The curriculum don't prepare you for real world application as such but if you want to do research or want to peruse phd then you have to be more responsible while choosing this course from this college because we can see the research scholars here , they are like personal assistant of professors. The curriculum should be more practical and teaching method should be more convenient, professors should teach it with some passion and more involvement of students . Our exam is semester based and the beside semesters there are internals , assignment , mid semester and viva and all and in all this you don't have time for any other activity . Exams should be held between propers gaps otherwise you read and write exams not learn.
