What Students Say

Likes

I liked students here which are joyful and never say no to any type of fun activities.

Dislikes

I disliked the whole college at its peak.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum isn't like which is teaching us anything regarding real life, it is good for logic building. But thery are not teaching any modern technologies for the future which are necessary for students.

Class Size: 49Course Fees: INR 582000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The first year fees of my college is 1,48,500. The second year fees had to be 1,38,500 but the university increase the fees and now it's 1,44,500, which means they increase the fees by 6000. Ans this is the same fees structure for every student here persuing btech.

Campus Life

The campus area is too small, they didn't even have a proper ground for games, the students are here good because of their joyful nature, clubs also conduct too many events which is good for students .

Admission

I applied for vips college for btech in computer science, but I got this one because of my rankings in jee, the admission process of my college is in two ways one with the jee rankings and the other one is with management quota.

Faculty

In my college some faculties are too good to hate, they are the best faculties which I got here and I'm glad but some are way too worse than normal. Marking schemes are too bad to appreciate. Well I can't mention the name of the faculties here.

Interview Experience

No I don't go through any type of group discussions, interview or written test for the admission process in Jims college, I got admission only from my rankings in JEE mains exam. And I don't think that there is any type of interview for admission.

Night Life

I didn't live in hostels of my college so I do not know the night life around my college campus at all, but according to the students who live in hostels the night life is good because of the students.

Other Applied Colleges

Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies - [VIPS] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I can't able to get admission there because of my jee ranking

If you're in lucknow, Look no further.

Likes

The looks of the campus are stunning. Open fields and everything
Events are hosted weekly, allowing everyone to participate and host
Extracurricular activities are well respected

Dislikes

In a secluded area of Lucknow. Hostel recommended

Placement Experience:

Our Placement packages are pretty low online. It's primarily because every course, High tier, Low tier gets an on campus placement. Computer science has a very good placement ratio. People who don't get placements ussually are the ones who didn't even apply. Around id say 80 percent people get placements and my plans are to look off campus.

My Experience at Sanskriti University: Campus Life, Academics and Opportunities

Likes

The course offers a good foundation in computer science and AI, with opportunities to improve technical skills.
Campus life provides opportunities to make friends, interact with classmates, and develop communication skills.

Dislikes

More practical sessions, live projects, and industry-oriented training are needed to improve student skills.
Placement preparation, internship opportunities, and career guidance could be improved for better job prospects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE (AI & ML) because of my interest in artificial intelligence and computer science. The curriculum provides basic technical knowledge for higher studies and career opportunities. More practical sessions, real-world projects, internships, and interactive teaching would improve learning. Internal assessments and semester exams require regular preparation, and difficulty varies by subject.

“A Good College for Learning and Growth”

Likes

Being a CSE student I get the opportunity to learn about computer science and improve my skills The college experience also helps me understand the importance of practical knowledge

Dislikes

The placement support could be improved especially by providing more opportunities for students to get internships and jobs in reputed companies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers important subjects related to computer science and programming. It gives basic technical knowledge, but more practical learning is needed. Exams are held every semester, along with internal tests and practicals. Some subjects are easy, while others need more preparation. Overall, the course is good, but adding more real-world projects would help students learn better.

What I heard before about the placement is totally different from what it is. I mean after spending more than 6lakh the average package of btech is around 4-5 LPA and the ratio is like 15-20% only. No big MNCs like Amazon Flipkart Deloitte or any other comes here.

A genuine review about the college

I chose this college because it's affiliated with ggssipu and the location. I also chose this college because of its placement reviews and faculty reviews. It also has great infrastructure. I applied to many other colleges our of station. And I get into them as well but this was the best option from all of it due to location and ipu. The eligibility for the college addmission is more than 60% in 12th board. The cutoff for this college is not too high and not too low. The admission process is very smooth and easy. Beyond the classrooms: how JIMS shape students career.

The admission process is very simple. It is done on the basis of your jee rank for btech course. The admission is also done on merit basis based on your class 12 marks in pcm as well as overall. After the jee exam one needs to apply for the separate counselling for ggsipu admissions and then according to the cutoff and one's rank the admission is done. For merit based admission one needs to contact the college administration. I chose this college as it is near to my place plus it does not impose the uniform on students which is a big relief. It has nice connectivity via roads as well as metro. It also has nice places to explore as a group around it like malls , cinema halls, etc ....Read More
