Remarks :
Positive is they are good in making the students successful in academic and placement. Negative is there is no activites for the college like, graduation day, sports day, annual day(it is conducted for name sake ). Rules can be reduced as the current rules are very strict.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very good. Everything they are following according to the rules of Anna University. It is best and provides good coaching. Government school students join here and shine as a superstars in their carrier. That's the big speciality here. The system they have designed for the learning of students is very good.
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are excellent according to me. Because no other college in such a rural area can give that much placement to the students. Mutilple MNCs are coming for recruitment. Students are Even clearing some competitive rounds in the technical events conducted by companies and getting offers through it. Eg codevita by TCS. our college does not provide any internship.But they allow students to attend internships from other companies and colleges
College Events :
There are many events like paper presentation, seminars conducted by each department. But very less events are conducted. Since academics is focused more they don't concentrate on these events.There can be few cultural fests, but nothing is there as of now.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is very good. It is affordable by the poor people even. It is feasible. If you pay for hostel, then also it is affordable. They won't get donations for the management quota. And we need to pay the normal fees as other students do.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have not availed any scholarship during my studies. But as I heard from my friends, they are arranging for the loan facility from the bank. If you get good marks in the 12 you can avail scholarship based on your marks. Many students even had a free seat.
Campus Life :
Labs, are there and they Are functioning good. But it can be more productive by giving much knowledge to students. Sports is very very less. Most of the days they won't allow to play sports. Physical education staff is not good and there should be a good person to encourage sports
Hostel Facilities :
I have stayed in hostel for three years. Separate hostel for boys and girls. Neat and managable food. WiFi is there in the hostel. But speed is very low. Study sessions will be there after college hours.
Alumni/Alumna :
Senior students are very helpful. They help their juniors by taking classes during the semester holidays and Sundays. They are very helpful in the placements. Not sure about the alumni network as college doesn't show much interest on it.
Admission :
I have gone there by management quota. It is very near to my hometown and one among the top colleges in Tamilnadu. Even it is located in rural area, they provide good education and placement. It's popular for girls especially. I can assure you that if we join there we will surely get placement. You can also go in by counseling by Anna University
Faculty :
Faculties are the soo talented and good in taking their students to the next level. They have much knowledge in the subjects they take and also giving big hands in the placements. They make the students technically sound and better in their personality.
