Course Curriculum Overview

5

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

Fees and Financial Aid

3.5 lakhs im paying yearly. Tution fees are 75000 , while the registration fees are 10000. There is no additional fees taken for the lab and development. For the categories other than mine they pay 12% less the fees of general students There are some scholarships and financial aids available for students depending on the caste and merit list of aroung 18,000

Campus Life

5

There are no major annual and technical fests that happen in the college. A vast range of books and journals are available in the library and they all are very accessible. Ac , fan , lights , smart board are the facilities and technological provisions within the classroom. Once an year sports league and competitions do occur in the field of badminton, cricket , football , and basketball Students run many social groups , clubs and a student portal which gives a huge impact on student life as through the portal we get to know about our academic attendance , exam dates , and all.

Admission

I applied in vit chennai , lpu , kiit , and vit bhopal . I got confirmed admission from all the colleges but i chose this college as it was in my hometown and the rating and education background of the college was impressible. No i didnt get any rejection from any college i applied. The admission process includes online application which is free of cost. Then a college admission examination called as saat with minimum cutoff of 60% . And then in campus registration for the course . Most preffered exams are saat and cuet or jee . The overall admission process is excellent

Faculty

4

Ratio is around 28:100 . The faculty and student relationship varies from one to another . Some are polite and approchable while some are rude and care less to address the issues. Ive liked my dsa and itw faculty a lot because they're the sweetest and help through out without being mean or showing and differences. The faculty i didnt like was of igt. She is very mean and says bad things to all. Vastly exams are semester based which are mid sem and end sem and apart of that classes tests and quizes take place monthly and weekly. Around 30% students fail to clear these exams. The course curriculum is very relevant.

Interview Experience

5

The questions of the test were related to 12th science basics. The process is very simple . We applied online for the course through their portal application and then recieved a mail of the test to appear. Everything took place by mail itself. The criteria for the admission was a student requires to have a minimum of 60% in 12th with physics, maths , chemistry and computers I prepared for these rounds by referring to my 12th textbooks.

Night Life

2

We have a 4 floored cafeteria, a gym and a huge building for library which are the favourites if all the students around. Hostel and campus in timings are upto 8 pm . Inside the campus the favourite hangout place is cafeteria and the garden. While outside there are many places nearby and even far away. But the locality is not very safe to roam around at night specifically for girls.

Other Applied Colleges

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology - [KIIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

It was a bit more costly and heard that it doesnt provide a good education foundation
