What Students Say
Likes
- Campus life and Social Life: I like the open and social life of the campus very much. The variety of student clubs and organisations with various focuses was very high, it was not a problem to find my niche and connect with like-minded people.
- Faculty Expertise and Mentorship: The faculty members of our college are decidedly one of the strongest features in the college. Professors are largely an experienced and well-informed lot, who come to the classroom with bucket loads of real life.
- Learning Facilities and Infrastructure: The college has an enormous infrastructure which plays an important role in providing favorable learning environment.
Dislikes
- Placement Services and Career Advancement Support: The college does have a placement cell, but I believe that its services can be greatly revised.
- Rigor and Relevance of Curriculum: As far as curriculum rigor and relevance to the contemporary practice is concerned, I think that the course curriculum is comprehensive.
- Campus Amenities(Specific improvements needed): In terms of infrastructure, the facilities are generally good; however, there is also scope of improvement in terms of campus amenities that can be defenitely improved.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is rather relevant and comprehensive, as NEP 2020 is followed in general. It sets us up adequately to make future studies and to apply to a small degree in the real world. Typical exams consist of both internal tests and end-term papers, which are reasonably designed. Enhancements can be introduced in terms of more realistic practices and experience in the industry.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee Arrangements (Annual) and Scholarship Information General Fee and Trend of the Course: The total fee charged at Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj, is usually very cheap as opposed to other privately owned entities. My personal experience shows that the fees increased a bit, gradually, during the last couple of yearsaveraging something between 5 to 10 per cent per year. Such an increase is normally blamed on inflation and the fact that the University is trying to upgrade facilities and resources. Fees yearly (rough idea of a typical undergraduate degree of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.): 1 st year: 4400-6000 2 nd year: 4500-6500 3 rd year: 5000-7000
Campus Life
Life on the campus is good overall. We organise annual festswhich are generally held between March and April, and a tech fest. The library is well-equipped. There are simple but accommodating classrooms. There are very good sports facilities available. We have certain student-run clubs that encourage participation.
Admission
`One of the main reasons I selected Rajju Bhaiya University was its low cost and fairly less demanding entry procedure, which was a major plus. I also submitted some applications to some private colleges, where the fees were very high. It was an admission based primarily on the merit of the entrance exam, thus not so stressful. I was able to receive quick confirmation of admission here.
Faculty
Faculty-to-student ratio at Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University can change depending on the subject, but despite that, the professors tend to be very knowledgeable. in most cases, having a PhD, and there are many, which are easy to approach and make you feel encouraged. Most of the courses taught at the university are based on the NEP 2020 syllabus, which is also aimed at being balanced.
Night Life
Nightlife at the Rajju Bhaiya University is quite cool. The gym and the library are closed by evening, and the campus is not actually active at night. The majority of the students de-stress by chilling at local cafes or small restaurants that are located outside the college.
