Course Curriculum Overview

4

timings of exams are also fine, the distribution is good. besides that yes the curriculum is realted to real world applications depending on the field you're in. I choosed biotechnology because i was fond of it and wanted to explore more of this

Placement Experience

4

College placements are good from what i've heard. EY, Mckinsey, Deloitte, Amazon, Flipkart and many more top companies visit our campus every year to recruit students. Highest package would be around 1 cr, my plan is to probably get a non tech job here

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees I'll be paying is 2.5 lakhs approx for 4 years which sums it upto 10 lakhs. Besides that the division of money would be 1.5 lakhs for tuition fee, 20k for student welfare fee, 36k for facilities and service charges, 10k for economically weaker section fund, 15k for examination fee and 700 for medical fees per year. Scholarships are Rs bhola and sudha and wasude kotwal scholarship

Campus Life

5

Engifest is our annual fest which takes place around february every year, books are very much accessible in the library, you can issue it anytime. Sports ground is really big for any sport you want to take part in. Clubs and societies are the best part of DTU, it keeps u active and engaged. Overall social life is quite good

Admission

i chose dtu because it's very well known, one of the best colleges in India. besides that i was getting igdtuw i was a little dicey about being in an all girls environment as i had been in a girls school before. I didnt make it to any of the IIT's due to low score in advance. Admission process is through JAC, you can check the cutoffs online for the same

Faculty

4

faulties are really good, it depends on department to department but yes teachers are all approachable always. The only reason for liking a faculty could be that u pissed them off or did something unprofessional otherwise its chill. Exams aren't that difficult if you study for it i mean its all doable. Its all relevant

Night Life

5

There is a seperate gym for boys and girls, cafeterias are open till 11 pm i think or maybe more. Hostel in timings for girls are 11 pm and for boys theres no limit and campus in timings for girls is 9 pm and for boys its no limit. Famous hangout spot is the Amul lane in college near oat. Campus is safe to roam around but outside college, the locality is rohini so i'd recommend to not go alone at night after 10 pm take someone with you

Placement Experience:

For placement, I would say it is average in terms of top-tier colleges. Average placement is 6 LPA; the highest last year was 29 LPA in BTech AI/ML. Placement is offered in the 4th year of the courses, and there are on-campus placements available, but under significant criteria based on the recruiting company like cgpa should be more then 7.5 no active backlog and all so these are the cretiera that a company demands and depands of dfiffrent companies i dont have any subsqueent infomation regaridng the name of companies visited and no of offer made but i have the information regarding thear placement percenateg it was aroung 82 percent last year my plans are to prepare for govt exam and get in there after getting degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

I don't know much about placement because I don't want to sit in the placement drive of my college. Like I told earlier also that I have interest in electronics, so I want to do something in that field. If I want then I will give GATE exam after 4 years of my college so that I can get a chance to do MTECH in vlsi.
