Remarks :
It needs a infrastructure development. Also hostel needs to be modified. Some social group modification needed. Although they have social life but college need to be proactive so the students. They should include new meets , seminars for diverse background.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It's highly accurate with respect to the study needed, though the classes are Highly time and energy intensive , the students have to be literally active throughout the day. It's exhaustive to do practical and theory both but on the bright side you are touched with knowledge in practical life.
Internships Opportunities :
They provide a student opportunity , to get different internship opportunities. Different companies like farms n farmers , vnr seeds etc come for internship as well as recruitment. Stipend depend on the company.
Placement Experience :
Depends on company , average go for 24,000 per month for agriculture student. Different companies have different strata of salary ,so it depends on the student what he or she can grab. College cpcc dept do a great help here
College Events :
Fresher programe conducted by 2 nd and 3 rd year students for the fresher batch. Then college level events like small seminars , alumini function at the end year.convocation for seniors. Farewell party by junior for seniors students.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible as 40,000 per semester and its total 8 semester.no such extra fee is charged as such. Hostel expenses are also feasible as it's approx 24000 for whole year plus mess charge. Allahabad is not very expensive place.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Christian student get scholarship for sure , as income certificate is a need there if parents. As of other general student they can take loan. Scholarship are rare ,but if you have financial issues then college may consider
Campus Life :
College is not very active for general students , Christian student are involved in different church activities.like prayers and programmes. Labs are ok types. Annual sports meet happen and everyone is invited to take part. 4 houses are there which each student is assigned one.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel for girls is very strict more than needed. Facilities are ok types not very satisfying. Boys hostel infrastructure is also similar not very good. College infrastructure is old and new facilities are not there. Extra useless rules are there in hostel
Alumni/Alumna :
They are not around though you may find many masters student who have been a graduate student in same college. Alumini network is weak here. Not very helpful though. Senior are help if you contact them directly or keep continuous contact with them.
Exam Structure :
They have sessional pattern and then a end term.for each semester. Sessional is of 10 marks each ,three sessional and then 30 marks for end semesters. That have percentage system now. It's not very tough to score above 7.5.
Admission :
By the entrance exam SHUATS. ,at national level if your rank is within 130 ,you can get the seat for BSC agriculture, in this college. It's a high demand college as it also have fifty percent reservation for Christian candidates.
Faculty :
They are Highly experienced especially agronomy and dairy professors. They have been the part of the college for like 10 years and so the practical they make the students do are very rich in facts. Overall it's more than average.
