Campus: the loving home

The faculty of Economics is very strong. Teachers are the alumni of various renowned institutes in India. They focus in very strong course like Econometrics, Finance, Banking, Accounting. 2 months after the submission there are internals with the gap of 1 month. Internals are of 20 marks with time duration 1.5 hours. Final exam is of 60 marks with time duration 3 hours.

Yearly academic fees: 9650 (not increasing) Hostel fees max 2500 for food and 500 for room rent per semester One can get Hyderabad University scholarship 1000 per month entire the semester if they can fulfill the criteria.

Beautiful campus it is and safe for girls. The annual festival is SUKOON which is held on September with fun and joy for three days .Apart from that there are several fesivals which are celebrating by students like Diwali, Saraswati Puja, Onam,Chhath puja, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. Also there are annual sports like cricket, football, badminton,table tennis, marathon. There are some social groups who works for students,try to reach out their problem and solve the problem.

In the room two students are allowed ,there are two bed,two table, two chair, two wardrobe,wifi facilities in room ,many bathroom in each floor ,there are geyser in every bathroom. Quality of the food is 4/5in the hostel. Provide 3 times food , breakfast,launch, dinner. Manu: idly,luchi,uttapam,poha,upma,chole bhature,parota ,milk, tea,coffee,rice sambar,dal various fries, salad, curd,chapati, chutney.

I applied JNU,BHU, Pondicherry University,Center for Development Studies Kerla, GIPE. Igot confirm admission from BHU, Pondicherry University,CDS,GIPE I choose University of Hyderabad because my first preference was Financial Economics. And also it is a central university, academic fees are affordable,hostel facilities are there and availability of transport from my home state. I didn't get JNU as I couldn't clear the cutoff. Admission process: To get admission one must clear CUET PG exam . After getting selected for physical varification one must have to come Hyderabad University and will get admission.

120 students(only 1st year), faculties 30+ . Teachers are very helpful also teaching quality is good. There are 3 internals of 20 marks among them best 2 internals marks will be considered out of 40. Final exam will be of 60 marks. So, total marks 100 (60 for final +40 for internals). Syllabus is not so much tough but the structure is like any other competitive exams like NET,GATE etc. So, no need to prepare seperately for those competitive exams. This university is more likely research based not placement based.

There are several canteens in campus and also there are night canteens.After the class we were getting tired and went for chai and gossips with friends,these moments are very charming,late night walk on the empty road. Two gym center are in the campus trainers give training for free of cost, library and reading room are always opened. There are no timings for entering the campus or hostel but one must have to show identity card or registration card. Many visiting places are here in the campus that Students can roaming during their free time like Mashroom Rock,White Rock,Lake. Also Charminar,Golkonda,Birla Mandir, museum,Ramoji city outside the campus, can taste Hyderabad biryani that is what most important.
