A good environment for learning

The college infrastructure and environment is maintained well.The college internet works well. Faculty members are good and friendly. The education quality is very good. So many people comes from outside.

The couse curriculum is awesome. The teacher will give you the best explanation. Even if you dont understand well you can meet the teacher personally and the teacher will try to make you understand well.

Yes, they do provide internship. However since i was in bca there was no internship but in masters they do have internship. Also btech and mgt. people also had internship. In bca there was mini project.

The placement and job opportunities are well. Many companies have visited our college for placement. The placement session are very presentable. The interaction between students and recruiter is very interactive.

KALRAV is one of the big fest of college. It occurs every march. Where different colleges comes and takes part in different competition like dancing, singing, ramp walk, mr n miss kalrav, comedy etc.

As compared to many private college SMIT is not very costly. It is costly but as compared to other colleges it is lesser. You can also get a scholarship in many ways. If u scored 94% in 12th board then also you get a scholarship.

There is all kinds of extracurricular activities. The college also have gym and swimming pool.Every now and then there is some programs organised by clubs or department like singing, dancing, photography, cricket, football, badmintion and many more

The hostel structure is very good. It also have lifts. The hostel is in campus area only for both boys and girls. There is pretty strict rules of hostel though but it is for more security of the student itself.

Seniors are very helpful. They you a lot of experience knowledge and suggest us to do this and that which will be beneficial. They were interactive and always helped in studies and other department programs.

Each year consist of odd semester and even semester. First comes the odd semester which contain first and second sessional and after that comes first semester then comes even semester it also have first and second sessional and after that comes second semester and continue.

I got admission in this college beacuse the criteria marks was 60% and i had got more than 60%. Then i had to give all my certificates like 10 and 12 result and other required documents and then there was entrance exam.

The faculty members are very nice and friendly. They have always encouraged to do our best and pushed us on pursuing what we are best at. They have tried best to explain the chapter well. Even if you dont understand they will repeat again.
