Remarks :

There is only one negative remark in our college it's there is no hostel facilities by government(there is one hostel by government which permanently closed before 7 years) , it is the only negative point about our college

Course Curriculum Overview :

Super curriculum in kerala and polytechnic is a three year Diploma course it has 6 semester s , in first two semester there are all same subject for all branche s and in 3rd semester we study about our subject

Placement Experience :

There are so many companies are comming for placement , there is a top placement cell is working in the college with top faculties there so many companies are coming for placement like ITC.ltd ,RB Structures etc. For civil engineering ,Mechanical engineering , chemical engineering,Tool and die engineering, Computer engineering departments

College Events :

There are so may events ane contected by college union and kerala government like college fresher's day , send off day, college union inauguration day, poly day , college arts day , college Sports day , interpoly arts day inauguration, etc

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is very feasible as in goverment and government aided college s , as ? 1000 in first semester , ?700 in second semester, ?1200 in third semester ,?750 in 4th semester , ?2400 5th semester ,?1000 in 6 th semester and ?300 for exam in each semester also there provides free studying in college for below poverty level students

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Government provides so many scholarship s for students who are under below poverty level as based on annual income etc. and reservation for ladies , SC ,ST , OBC, there are several scholarship s are there as post metric , e Grant , APJ Abdul kalam scholarship s etc.

Campus Life :

There are so many extra curricular activities are provided in our college like Armed force activities like National Cadets Corps [NCC], National service Scheme (NSS) ,sports as Cricket , foot ball , badminton , volly ball , basket ball kabadi,

Alumni/Alumna :

There are so many aluminies are there since 1942 when it established , metro man Sreedharan. Is one of our facility in our college in Department of civil engineering ,and also there are so many aluminies are the same lectures in our college,

Admission :

Admission to this college is by single window admission process , application starts in about 1st week of June through poly admission.org and also there is after applying online take print out of admission ticket and submit in any college in our list with supporting certificates, after that allotments are produced and join as we get in the allotment

Faculty :

Top faculties are in the college, in all subject s there are so many faculties in our college , only some of them are guest lectures and remaining are permanent facilitie s super classes and air conditioned seminar halls

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
