Actually i wanted to prepare for UPSC Civil Services Examination, So someone suggested me to go with Bachelors in Arts as it will make a reletive base for my further studies. I opted for History, Political Science and Sociology with punjabi and english as compulsory subjects.College also assigns drug abuse as a compulsory subject and we have to clear that exam by hook or crook.

Talking about placements, It is offered in other courses like BBA and B.COM . Companies like pepsi co. and other local companies offers placements for students.Average package is just 1-2 lakh annual.20-30 percent students get placements.My plans after getting the degree is only to crack the great UPSC CSE or Punjab Civil services examination

Fees for first semester of BA Honours in Social Science is ?14000 and on every semester there is a increase in fees by a little amount.While taking admission we can submit any amount initially and later kn we have to clear full fees before the examinations.

There is not even one festival which was held in my whole first semester. Small functions on hindi diwas or farewells are held only for few students of few courses not for whole college and we are also unaware about it . We come to know about the function held in college after watching their instagram post.

I opted for this college because it was near to my residence and i wanted to stay home by not considering out of state colleges or the one which were far from my college.Admission process is just simple by giving our documents like aadhar card bank account number and other important documents, students can can take admission easily.

Talking abour faculties, some teachers are more than good in their profession but some teachers are poor in their profession. They are just average in their teching skills.Exams are according to University datesheet and 30 out of 100 students fails to pass the exam because of non seriousness

Near our college , there is hospital, many restaurants and as well as motor mechanic availability.There is no hostel in college for students accomodations.Yes locality is safe to rome around in night but there is no such hangout places inside college to hangout except library and canteen ????
